Foreign Minister: No more Israelis missing

The Foreign Ministry has announced that as of 14:30 pm, there are no longer any Israelis missing.

Amsterdam police said on Friday that ten people had been taken into custody following the attack of Maccabi Tel Aviv fans by what Amsterdam Mayor Femke HALSEMA described as an “antisemitic hit and run squad”.

Halsema told a press conference that “this is a dark moment for our city. I am ashamed of it.”

Halsema stated that “anti-semitic criminals assaulted and attacked visitors to our city in hit-and run actions”, adding the perpetrators managed to escape from a large police force.

Three people are still missing and all have been discharged from hospital

The Foreign Affairs Ministry reported that as of Friday afternoon at 2 pm, there were still three Israelis missing.

According to the Mayor of Amsterdam and local police, the Israelis in hospital have all been released.
