Trump said that Bongino, working with Kash patel, who was just confirmed as the FBI’s new director and sworn into office, and Attorney General Pam Bondi, would bring “Fairness, Justice, Law and Order back to America, and soon.”

Bongino posted on X, “Thank you, Mr. President. Attorney General Bondi and Director Patel.”

Bongino, in an interview with Breitbart in 2023, commented on the cocaine found in the West Wing. He said that the Secret Service “could not have known who the cocaine belonged to”.

Bongino said at the time, “the government is so messed-up and corrupt right now.”

Bongino stated, “You can argue all you want that the deep state is a conspiracy theory. That’s bullsh*t. The truth is it’s there.” “We have already seen corruption within the intelligence community and the FBI. Will we find out? The answer is that I do not know. I cannot predict the future. “But let me tell you — I am just looking into the camera, begging Secret Service leadership to not do what the FBI did to America.”
