Kavanaugh questioning enters final stretch, as Dems seem to lay traps

Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh enters what could be the final stretch of questioning in his confirmation hearing Thursday, with Democrats springing a series of cryptic questions – in an apparent attempt to box the nominee into an embarrassing admission or at least throw him off what has been a relatively steady performance.

As with virtually every high court nominee in the modern era, Kavanaugh has assiduously avoided taking positions on issues that could come before him as a justice or other current-events controversies, often to the chagrin of the minority party.

He would not say Wednesday whether he thinks the president can be subpoenaed or whether the president can “self-pardon,” key questions amid the ongoing Russia probe.

Other lines of questioning were more mysterious, suggesting an effort to lay a trap.

Again I Say: Judge Brett Kavanaugh has more intelligence, integrity and grace than the Dems are demonstrating in this hearing. Follow the money to its source for the protests and ensuing chaos taking place. Ask the fools directly how much they are being paid to protest. No more documents are needed, since the Democrats already stated they would not vote for any of President Trump’s nominees. Do these ninnies really believe thatall Americans have been dumbed down by their directives in the past?
