Like Rats From A Sinking Ship

Three top Jeb Bush fundraisers abruptly parted ways with his presidential campaign on Friday, amid internal personality conflicts and questions about the strength of his candidacy, POLITICO has learned.

There are different versions of what transpired. The Florida-based fundraising consultants — Kris Money, Trey McCarley, and Debbie Aleksander — have said that they voluntarily quit the campaign and were still working with Bush’s super PAC, Right to Rise Super PAC. Others said the three, who worked under the same contract, were let go because they were no longer needed for the current phase of the campaign.

None of the three responded to requests for comment. Bush spokesman Tim Miller would only say that “Governor Bush has the widest and deepest fundraising operation of any candidate in the field. Ann Herberger — a longtime aide with more than two decades of experience in state and national politics — will continue to lead the operation in Florida with our team in Miami.”

When they talk about Bush’s uniquely vast and extensive fundraising operation, we are not talking about individual donors sending in a check. What we are talking about is a vast bribing operation from wealthy vested interests who want to buy Bush lock, stock and barrel. Thus the establishment’s love of and promotion of Jeb from the get go, and his concomitant dismal poll numbers among actual voters.

  • DEW says:

“Governor Bush has the widest and deepest fundraising operation of any candidate in the field. Yea and will also have the widest and deepest amount of people with favors to be paid back !!!

Jebburrito is all wrapped up and should go home.

I find this interesting since Mr Bush was going to lock up all the funds from everyone running ? I think Bush is starting to slide !

When a candidate answers a question and he claims to have misunderstood the question, and he apologizes for it. You give them the benefit of the doubt. When this repeats for the third time, it brings absolute doubt of a candidates honesty. It’s time for Bush to drop from the race…

  • Nina says:

Maybe he will start to get the hint!! We don’t want you!! GOP DO NOT PUSH HIM!! Parties over!! See ya! Bye bye!! Sayonara! What else can we say!! No more Bushes or Clintons for sure!!! No more Establishment elites!! WE THE PEOPLE ARE DONE!!!!! WE ARE HERE TO TAKE OUR COUNTRY BACK!! With our votes! You can’t stop us!! Don’t try to use your voter fraud either? We’re hip to that trick already!!!

    1. MeForever says:

and when this is over, we are going to haul the GOP Decision Makers to Hearings to investigate their activities and funds received from Groups claiming they were organized to influence them.

  • enubus says:

We need Jeb Bush like we need a rash in our groin.

  • tom2 says:

41 was much better than America could give back. 43 was so-so. Jeb’s a boring, blowhard, hanger-on of his family’s tuxedo tails. He’d be better advised to save his money and live lazily in the lavish lifestyle to which he was born.

  • Jon's On says:

Jeb has to be the worst republican candidate there is except for maybe Christie or Graham. He should do everyone a favor and get out. This guy is like Obama lite. He may not be as far to the left as Obama but he sure is left of center. We have had nothing but left wing presidents for the last 100 years except for Reagan. We need a conservative who can reverse the course this nation has been on for the last 100 years. Jeb sure the hell isn’t that person.

  • KDC says:

I was looking at Kurt Russel’s personal life. Listen to what he had to say…
Russell is a libertarian. In 1996, he was quoted in the Toronto Sun saying: “I was brought up as a Republican, but when I realized that at the end of the day there wasn’t much difference between a Democrat and Republican, I became a libertarian.” Well, I have to agree with him. Jeb and a few other RINOs need to drop out. Not sorry for Bush.

  • Pam says:

Jeb just needs to go away. He doesn’t fool anyone with half a brain into thinking he is a true conservative. He is way too soft on immigration (thanks to his marital connections). We have all learned the hard way that “Compassionate Conservatism” is just another term for expanded government and more debt.

  • Jeb, Graham, Christy, and Kasich, Santorum, Paul, Pataki, & Rubio all need to drop out and let it be between Real Conservatives that have not yet sold their souls to Lobbyists. Just because the other GOP Establishment of RINOs want them, doesn’t mean We, the People want them! GOP is not much better than the godless Democratic Party today. Only a handful actually work for We, the People, the rest work for Lobbyists.

    1. bobnstuff says:

If you don’t like the GOP leave it. Why join a club that you don’t like? Start your own party. No one is stopping you. Like it or not those people you listed are the GOP.

      1. KDC says:

Yes, your’re right, they are the Est.Rep. GOP. And a couple are RINOs… Bye bye!

      2. MeForever says:

No. Republicans own the GOP, not the other way around. The GOP officials and “decision makers” will be very unhappy when their activities are exposed. They can leave and start their own party but they cannot push Republicans out of their own organization.

        1. bobnstuff says:

I’m a republican, I have worked for the party for over forty years. The tea party movement call them selves republican but they really don’t believe in it. They should have joined the libertarian party but I guess the couldn’t spell the word.

          1. KDC says:

You don’t sound like a rep. maybe an open RINO.

          2. bobnstuff says:

I only seam liberal to you, You have no idea what I believe, I hate lies and will fight for the person being lied about. I believe that government should be well run and deliver the services we need without a lot of waste. It think the government has to many agencies trying to regulate the same things which make the regulations hard to follow. As a manager I see the problem in how things are run. The people at the top have no clue how things should be done. I feel the government should give help where it is needed and keep people and business’s honest. I have dealt with a number of government agencies over the years and some are well run and do a good job of serving the public interest and some just want to see how high they can make you jump. The best government employees I have dealt with was the Allegheny County Health Department. Never had a problem with them and they helped make my business better. The worst is the court system, I can say I have ever had a good experience dealing with them. They seam bent on making the victims suffer as much as they can and playing lets make a deal with the criminals . Mostly I just want the government to leave me alone unless I need them. No I’m not all that liberal.

      3. And why don’t you go drink a bottle of Leftist Vomit, you seem to like it! I was a Democrat all my life, until the Kenyan Princess Queen came on the scene, so I went GOP but see they are not any better. I just vote what my conscious tells me, as most do, not just because they are a member of a Party! If I thought a Democrat would do better, I would most certainy vote for them, but there are no more JFK’s out there.

        1. bobnstuff says:

Why do you like calling names and making rude statements? Don’t you read what I say. Most of what I say complains about the lies people like you spread. l think disrespecting the office of the president is wrong. Like him or not he was elected twice and is the President of The United States. If you know any history I don’t think you would vote for JFK. So do you enjoy being a racist? It’s the only reason I can see for your hate. It can’t be because of what the President stands for, since he is moderate in almost everything. He’s programs are in a lot of cases recycled republican ones. His use of the EPA is from Nixon, his immigration stand is from Reagan. The healthcare act is right out of the republican play book. He hasn’t gone wild on spending and in fact has gone farther in cutting government spending the any republican in a long time. So you hate must be because he is Black. If he’s a communist he sure isn’t very good at it and Islam wouldn’t have him.

          1. Why should I read your trash, your a Leftist Troll, that is all! And I am certainly not the only one saying so! Now, go back to your mama’s basement, like a good little Twat!

          2. bobnstuff says:

I will try to explain this to you, when you trash the President of the United States you trash the country. It’s respect. You don’t have to agree with him but you should show some respect for the office he holds. Since you show no respect for others I guess you aren’t surprised when no one respect you. I feel sorry for you and the people around you. You are a sad little person and I’m so happy that all I have to do is hit delete and you go away.

          3. Answer me something – have you ever served in our Armed Forces? If so, how can you still be licking up the commie vomit from this godforsaken administration and not standing up for what is right and good for our Nation? From all the Trolling you have been doing and all your comments, I doubt very seriously if you ever served at all, most likely to much of a Leftist Coward. So you can take your Obama Love and stick it up your Leftist ASS, is that clear enough? If you support this faggot Kenyan, who cannot even come up with a legal BC or anything else, who has a dead persons SSN, then you feel free to do so, that is your right and what I fought and gave part of myself for your right to do so and be an idiot if you want to be, it is your right! I feel sorry for cowards, like yourself, who are more Narcissist than anything, thinking all they say is perfect and right and everyone else who speaks out against all the crimes this Muslim Fecal Maggot, Hussein, has done are being mean! So suck a big one, Obama Lover! History will end up showing him to be the first Faggot Con Man Kenyan Muslim Illegal President that Leftist were so ignorant and uneducated that they voted for him twice, and many of them, voting numerous times! Now, go suck a big one, Lefty! I have no use for Obama Queers like yourself!

          4. bobnstuff says:

You sill don’t get it I have no respect for you and you have no respect for our country. You can call me a leftist all you want it still doesn’t make you any better then the fool you are. As I say I have the power to delete you any time I want and you are stuck being you, a sad excuse of an American. You can tell all the lies you want to yourself if it makes you happy although I would be surprised if you are ever happy. You sad, sad little man.

          5. See, your won’t answer because you never served our Nation, only sucked from it! I served under Presidents Johnson thru Reagan, and had the highest respect, even loved, some of my past CIC’s, but of course, they were all Americans, not Kenyan Homosexual Muslims like your idol, Obama. You say your a moderate Conservative, which is exactly what Boehner, McConnell, McCain, Jeb Bush, Christie, Graham, and all the RINOs of the GOP are also, so you might as well call yourself for what you are, a Liberal, just like they are. Just another Penn State Loon Leftist. I am so happy I am me and not a coward like yourself. I did not give my blood for my nation to be ruined by some Kenyan Sodomy Queen, and yes, I will fight to the very end! Course, I doubt if you could fight your way out of a wet paper bag, lol!

          6. bobnstuff says:

How many jobs have you created? Last year I created at least ten and I’m retired from the business. I have at least 200 managers and owner out there that I have trained I have own four business’s out right. There are thousand of people working out there because of the help I have given, So tell me again what have you done for your country lately? Also even if I didn’t go out and play in the mud I still shoot a group that you can cover with a half dollar. Didn’t you take an oath when you joined up? Something about “and I will obey the orders of the President”. I guess you can break it because you lied when you took it. You keep disrespecting our President and our country, Go look up treason in the dictionary. Do you believe making our country look bad in the eyes of the world is treason? Do you think you are by your actions giving aid and comfort to our enemies? When those nice Senators sent their letter undermine the country to Iran you love it. Make our enemies happy while making our country look weak. I guess all the dope you smoked in Nam has gotten to your brain.

          7. Bla, bla, bla, bla, and bla is all I hear, that, and the fact that you were too cowardly to serve in our Nations Military, lol! And apparently, you do not know what the Military Oath says. Yes, we obey the Lawful Orders of the CIC, if they are legal. Obama has never been proven to be a Legal President because no one can find a real BC on the Kenyan queer. And we are to defend the Constitution of the USA from all Enemies, Foreign and Domestic. Obama is a Domestic Enemy who Armed and Financed ISIS from Bengazi, he and Hillary, illegally smuggling Arms and Money to the Syrian Rebels, who happened to turn out to be ISIS! Stevens found out and was about to get them sent to prison, so he had to be murdered. The other three were only collateral damage for being brave Americans. They can’t prove that is not correct, that is why they want the Bengazi incident stonewalled. I know you say you are a Moderate Conservative, which is exactly what Boehner, McConnell, McCain, and the GOP Establishment all are, more Liberal than Conservative, thus, RINO! You can do all the whining you want, and can suck up all of Obama’s Lies, your the one being Fooled, not me, lol!

          8. bobnstuff says:

The Oath you took didn’t say lawful, that was changed after they through you out. You are the one who wants to over through the elected government, that makes you the one who commits treason. You should go live with you friends in Iran since you share the beliefs. Like it or not President Obama is the legal President of the United States. You are a lying piece of crap. Since you are so interested in the Presidents sexuality my guess is you must have a man crush on him. Sorry he is straight. Yes I’m an a establishment Republican unlike you who is nothing. All you hears is Bla Bla Bla because you are to stupid to understand facts and can’t stand hearing the truth. I guess being 4F is a joke to you, well it’s not to me. Just because I wasn’t cannon fodder doesn’t mean I haven’t served my country. Ask the hundreds of Vets I hired or got jobs for. They didn’t have a problem with my not being a Vet. The Guys who’s wheel chairs I work on didn’t have a problem with me not being a Vet. My two brothers that did serve had no problem with me staying at home and looking after the family. Go crawl back into your bottle. We don’t need to hear any more of you treason.

          9. I have no problem with you not being a Vet, just in the way you want everyone to think the same as you, support the same people you support, and no, I do not have any respect for anyone who thinks Obama is doing a good job, when it is obvious to even the most challenged, that the boy is a Tyrant! You say your a moderate Conservative, but I bet money you voted for the Kenyan Queen and was fooled, and still fooled by his LIES. That makes you nothing more than a RINO!

          10. bobnstuff says:

I hope everyone doesn’t think like me. It wouldn’t be much fun but I want people to think for themselves not just repeat lies they hear. Is Obama doing a good job, I don’t know since he is blocked from doing it by congress at every turn. Is he a Tyrant, no. I read a lot of history and have studied the office of the president and what has been done in the past. He is middle of the road, nothing more nothing less. How many people has he put in camps, how much property has he seized. Is our press still free and can you openly be critical of the President with out fear of ending in jail? Everyone of these things have been do by presidents in the past by EO’s. Study some history. As citizens it your job to do your homework. Stop believing everything the money masters tell you and do some digging for truth.
Isn’t clean air a right? don’t you want clean water. I have lived in the world before the EPA and don’t want to go back to it. The TSA rules saved my wife’s life because the car she was in handle someone running into he at 45 MPH. Do you think industry would do anything today to improve the world we live in without being made to? Would you support someone who said they wanted to get rid of all regulations on business? Here is the big lie from the right wing media Jade Helm. Has Texas been taken over by the government? How about those FEMA camps, even Fox said it was a lie but people still believe in them.
There is a film make out there that is a master in creating lies and in twisting things around. He has been caught in his lies over and over again but every time he brings out a new one the sheep eat it up and even when he is proven wrong these people cling to the lie. His name is O’keefe. He is good at what he does.
I’m a capitalist, I have spent most of my life building business’s. I have written checks to the government that when I add them up came to over a million dollars. I also have work in the party, my republican party. I’ve been in those smoked filled rooms, now that they can’t smoke in them and women are there it’s not quit the same. I was twelve when I work on my first campaign. I have my eyes wide open and check my facts. I wish everyone would.

          11. KDC says:

Though I don’t condone your language, I did find it refreshing and spot on as to how we all feel. I will never judge anyone that puts it all out there like you. Our Constitution at work. Your a good man!

          12. marshmil says:

KDC I agree billwhit1357 uses strong language but there’s no question about where he stands on the issue. For that I respect him. He’s a true American unlike that wimp anti-American occupying the White Mosque, AF ONE and golf courses.

          13. KDC says:

Totally agree. Billwhit is genuine and that is what’s needed. I respect his opinion over the candy coated PC slobs.

          14. I just get so fed up, KDC, with all the bowing down to Obama and his ilk, when they are obviously the biggest problem our Nation has ever faced, Tyranny from within our own supposedly “Leaders”. I am a disabled Vet, who served under Presidents Johnson thru Reagan, and had the highest respect, even loved, all of my CIC’s, no matter what party they were from, I just obeyed orders and carried on. I was also a Democrat, until Obama showed up and that Party went full Looney Tunes. I knew Obama was bad news the very first time I heard him speak, calling for a National Military as well funded as our current one! That sent Alarm Bells, plus the fact that listening to him was giving me flashbacks to my Correctional Officer days, listening to lying prisoners all day long. That was what I was hearing from Obama, BS and Lies. Still do, lol! I did not give my blood for my country to be turned into some kind of Socialist Sewer, having babies slaughtered by the millions, Illegal Criminals murdering citizens on the streets, or lowlife gangsta scum being praised by someone who is supposed to be our President and instigating Race and Class Warfare! No, and I know the guy says he is a moderate Conservative but that is exactly what Boehner, McConnell, McCain, and all the top GOP RINOs are also, more liberal than Conservative. Our nation doesn’t need wimps, we need people who will speak out, take the reigns, and do what needs to be done! God Bless you and yours, my friend!

          15. KDC says:

That usurper deserves no respect. Can’t respect the office when it’s corrupt and not following the Constitutional law of our land. He is a liar and is not doing what he took an oath to do. He’s despicable and a traitor to America and her citizens. He has enemies of our nation working with him and has been tearing America down for the last 6 years. He is the worst “president” ever in history. He deserves retribution! And, by the way, will get it!

          16. bobnstuff says:

Article II section 1 of the
constitution gives him the power. He is following the constitution.

He was elected twice so he isn’t a usurper.

          17. marshmil says:

So were Josef S. and Adolf H. “elected.” ?

          18. bobnstuff says:

Josef S. no Adolf H yes, He won by a very large percentage.

          19. KDC says:

For such a republican you sure have a lot of admiration in defending the usurper in chief. He is a usurper…no school grades, a phony birth certificate, etc. the only way he got in the second term was because of Sorro’s fixing the election.

          20. bobnstuff says:

I just hate lies, they don’t bother you though. You just can’t handle the truth can you. What are you going to do about Ted the Canadian Cruz? He wasn’t born in the country and his father is Cuban. Oh it doesn’t matter, he’s a conservative.

          21. KDC says:

Currently, citizenship in the U.S. is governed by the Immigration and Nationality Act of 1952. The most recent changes to statutory law was done by Congress in 2001. So since this most recent debate has circulated around Cruz, I am going to focus on one particular section… birth abroad to one U.S. citizen.

There are a certain set of rules for those born after November 14, 1986, but I’m focusing on the rules at the time of Cruz’s birth, which are the rules that were in effect from December 24, 1952 – November 14, 1986. A person born abroad between those dates is a U.S. citizen upon birth if all of the following are true:
            The person’s parents were married at the time of birth;
            One of the person’s parents was a U.S. citizen when the person was born;
The citizen parent lived at least ten years in the United States before the child’s birth; and
A minimum of 5 of these 10 years in the United States were after the citizen parent’s 14th birthday.
By these very definitions of the law, it would appear that Cruz is a natural-born citizen and thus meets the qualifications to run for president if he decided to do so. This also does one more thing, as well.

          22. bobnstuff says:

Really, that’s great. So it doesn’t make any difference where he was born. Then Obama can be president to no matter if he was or wasn’t born in the US.

          23. KDC says:

BO Is a phony usurper. There is nothing about him that is what it appears. Smoke and mirror clown.

          24. marshmil says:

            Thank you KDC. Well stated.

          25. marshmil says:

We disagree highly. I have never trashed the United States of America, the US Constitution, the Declaration of Independence, the US Flag or the Republic for which it waves. But I will happily speak out against anyone who works against ideals set forth by those old dead guys we call the Founders. I also fully support Israel. And yes, I served in the US military.

          26. bobnstuff says:

Have you ever read the writings of our founding fathers, I enjoy Franklin and Jefferson. If they saw how money has taken over our elections they wouldn’t believe it. They didn’t like the Idea of party’s. This country was founded on compromise. It’s built into the system. The idea of the loyal opposition was part of how they thought things would be run. Some didn’t like each out but through compromise they created our country. You don’t have to agree with what is said but for our system to work you must respect their right to say it. When someone makes up rude names for our president and the loyal opposition they disrespect our founding fathers dream and the country they built. I lost respect for Israel’s government when the started stealing land to expand their country, They need living room, Someone else said that. I had two brothers in the service in the late 60’s but I busted up my knees on a motorcycle and they didn’t want me.

          27. marshmil says:

I fully support Israel. If you are not acquainted with it let me suggest you look at Genesis 12:3. Sorry to learn about your bike accident. The military turned you down for your own safety. It blessed you.

          28. bobnstuff says:

I support Israel, just not the present government. They have to find a way to peace. I don’t have faith that the present government want to. It’s the US fault. The money they get from us is spent with our gun manufactures. If they have peace they feel we will stop giving them money. All I can do is pray for them.

          29. marshmil says:

Under Obama the national debt is now higher than the cumulative debt was under all Presidents before him combined. He’s letting illegals into USA. He was born in Kenya. His Birth Certificate is nowhere to be found in it’s legitimate form. He sealed his academic records. So WHAT is he hiding? He is downsizing our standing military. He came to the ballot in 2008 withi no credentials to even hint he could head up a nation. The sooner this imposter leaves his White Mosque the better off America and We the People will be.

          30. bobnstuff says:

You do know that his long form birth certificate has been around for years. Also his birth announcement can be found in the news papers in Hawaii. As far as his records being sealed, so are yours. Everyone’s are. Did you complain when GW had twice the number of illegals coming in? After every war we down size our military, check history. As far as the debt, just when did we change the constitution so that the president had the power of the purse. Two things the president can’t do, pass laws or spend money. Read the constitution Article II. You may not like him but he is the President, the real thing.

          31. marshmil says:

But he sure is spending money! And he
legislates from the White Mosque. He appears to have never taken a high school class in government. No, his Birth Certificate is not public–it is in Kenya. He’s hiding something in his school records–he’s a foreign student

          32. bobnstuff says:

If you want to see it there are photos on line.

All money is spent by the congress, all laws are passed by the congress. Read the constitution. All the President can do is EO’s which he can do as a power from the constitution, Article II section 1. Are you hiding something in your school records, I can’t get them, they are sealed. Call your local school and try to get records.

          33. KDC says:

            The certificate is a fake!

          34. bobnstuff says:

It’s not but it makes no difference. In 16 months you will have a new president to pass lies about. It could be Hillary or some other Democrat. It won’t be a republican. Trump will see to that.

          35. KDC says:

Yeah the real thing, okay. Transforming America into a third world country.

          36. bobnstuff says:

No I think that was done for him by the guy he followed.

          37. KDC says:

Are you really blaming Bush? Typical Lib. Moon bat! Want an education? Look ip moon battery. You fit it to a tee.

          38. bobnstuff says:

To be truthful I blame Reagan, Bush, Clinton, and Bush, they all added to the problem. You can’t trust the banks to do the right thing. Deregulating them was stupid, even my brother who makes all you guys look liberal said that when they started.

      4. KDC says:

Who says we joined the club? I’m registered Independent.

        1. bobnstuff says:

That’s good, in Pa you wouldn’t be able to vote in the primaries. In my district that’s the real election since I can’t remember the last Democrat we elected.

    2. marshmil says:

Yes we have too many wannabe cooks in the kitchen.
The menu is such that we don’t know what we will get after we order.

office. Voters, It’s Time we made the decision, Who will Lead this Country from it’s Path of Destruction! Cruz in 2016…is my choice!

    1. bobnstuff says:

I don’t think Ted could ever work with the Democrats, they are still going to be there you know. Ted doesn’t play well with others. Kasich is my pick. He understands how the budget works and what government can do for the peoples. He might be able to make the government work again.

      1. Webb says:

I think you have a good choice. Yes, the Democrats would still be there, but they arn’t interested in working with Republicans now. Cruz, not playing well
with others…even his own party, makes him look even better to me.
Republicans have given up to Democrats, house and senate both, no fight for the right path.
Reduced Government and ABC agencies…should be a Goal.

        1. bobnstuff says:

One of my problems with Ted is that others then down grading the governments credit rating he really hasn’t done anything but make a lot of noise. He write little or no bills and votes no on everything. He can’t unite his own party and has shown no real leadership skills. Add in his ties with Wall Street and I don’t think he would be a good choice. Republicans really have no history of reducing government and in fact it’s been the democrats that have do most of it. They sound good but check what they are saying. They want to cut entitlements which will never happen and welfare which makes up about 1% of the budget. They want to cut regulations. Most of those regulations are there for a reason. They tried cutting banking regulations and that worked real well. Everything else they are talking about will cost more money. If Bush taught us nothing it was you can’t cut taxes and spend more money. I keep hoping someone is going to come up with a real plan that will get us back on the right track. I do agree that there is to much overlap in government but has any candidate republican or democrat really put out a plan to combine them. Look at how congress keep creating more and more committees and sub committees. They cost us millions and millions of dollar and most produce nothing of any use. I’m waiting for the man with the plan but what we are getting is just a lot of hot air.

          1. Verner Laursen says:

The only real plan the last 6 years has been to destroy the United States.

          2. bobnstuff says:

That’s what the republicans said they would do in order to make Obama a one term president. They sais it, look it up.

          3. KDC says:

Are you really trying to tell us Dems/progressive /commies have reduced government? In all the years it’s always been noted they love their BIG govt. this is almost laughable…cut entitlements? Oh, is this why your famed leader, BO, allows all these illegals into the country and gives them all the FREE entitlements? And cut regulations? Why don’t they just get rid of some of their BIG govt. waste like the EPA…nah, they’d never do that. Talk about waste!
You are talking to the wrong people, here, with your spinning comments. Talk about hot air. Everyone, here, can see right through it all.

          4. PC Bob says:

The federal govt has grown at unprecedented levels since BHO arrived in DC! Now, tell me how THAT is the Republicans fault? Smaller, more transparent government my A_S!

          5. bobnstuff says:

Your numbers are wrong. Go look them up

          6. KDC says:

Did you miss that I was speaking about the Dems. Did I miss something here, Bob ?

          7. bobnstuff says:

No I got that fact but if you check the numbers you will find that the size of the government has gone down under Obama. If you can’t find the numbers let me know, there are about hundred links with the numbers.

          8. bobnstuff says:

Did you know who created the EPA? It was Nixon.
Do you know who expanded the government the most, it was Reagan.
Do you know what a entitlement is? It’s Social Security and Medicare,
Do you now who deported the most people since Ike, Obama.
Guess who the most socialist president was,

          9. KDC says:

I know social security is NOT an entitlement. It is the people’s money that had been taken out during a life time, as well as Medicare, which is not free either. Oh, okay, BO deported 1.82 million, but he has 3.3 million illegals here. And is currently protecting 5.5 million more. Who cares who started the EPA. They are too big and inept for their own good and a waste of tax dollars. Nixon could have been a socialist, but your beloved BO, is a Muslim communist. You know a Saul Alinsky student

          10. bobnstuff says:

First you are right on entitlement, I just looked it up and I have been wrong on what it means. Now on illegals you are wrong, the number in this country has been some what stable for a few years. around 11 million. The fact that the EPA was created by a republican is just an example that the republicans have grown government. Now name calling the President of the United States is another thing. Go look up what a communist is and then find one thing that he has done that is communist. As far as his being a Muslim, if he is he’s not a very good one.

          11. KDC says:

Hey, one more thing…you better look at the Miriad of problems your Hilliary has chasing her around. And who’s going to vote for a known communist, like Sanders? Some without a brain will, though at least he’s open about it. And Biden? Good grief !

          12. PC Bob says:

Unfortunately, there seem to be a LOT of people without a brain! I mean, just look at the past two elections! Never underestimate the stupidity of some people.

          13. bobnstuff says:

She’s not my Hillary, I’m for Kasich.

        2. PC Bob says:

The more the Dems and the GOP bad-mouth Ted Cruz the more we admire him and WANT him! We are becoming immune to what the left and the MSM want! In fact, we really don’t give a D_MN what they want!

          1. Webb says:

            AMEN AND AMEN….

      2. heights2012 says:

When you say “work with democrats” are you suggesting the on-going RINO compromise to be continued ? IMHO Republican / RINO’s believe “working with democrats” or “compromise” is synonymous with Concession—–Just take a good look at what has happened to America, all while working with Democrats. It seems to me that, in the interest of America’s survival, what we need is a Conservative that will work with the American people.

        1. bobnstuff says:

Do you know that there are a lot of democrats in our country and it is as much their country as anyone else. Like it or not both views must be taken and yes you must compromise. Yes look at what 6 years of no concessions has gotten. Without working with the democrats we have no jobs bills, no immigration reform, our roads are falling apart and our education system is failing. Nothing is getting done. That’s what you get if both sides are not working with each other. No one can have it all. If you try you get nothing which is what we are getting now. Our country was founded on compromise. It is one of the things that has made it work for all these years. Without taking everyone’s views into the mix we loose that which has made the country great. The my way or the highway thing must end or our country will. Conservatives are not the majority in our country so like it or not they must make concessions. Sorry but that’s the facts. We must work together as a country.

          1. Verner Laursen says:

The Democrats have been in control of our country the last 8 years If they had presented reasonable bills some would have been passed. The ones presented are all too radical for the majority of the people in the United States. Bush in his last two years and Republicans in congress the last two years still gave in to the Democrats.

          2. bobnstuff says:

You keep telling yourself that then go look at the facts. Who blocked every jobs and immigration bill, who shout down the government? The democrats had control for nine months, after that nothing got done. The republicans vote against their own bills. A house divided can not stand and our government is proof.

          3. PC Bob says:

Mr. Harry Reid announced early in the game that NOTHING sent up from the Republicans would ever see the light of day! And, as promised, NOTHING got done! It had to be HIS way or the highway! Now, you tell ME where the roadblock was?

          4. bobnstuff says:

Could you show me where you got that from, I can’t find any proof he said it. a link would be good.

          5. Verner Laursen says:

That Reid said that was in all the liberal media outlets. What are the links to the statements that you are making?

          6. bobnstuff says:

I think on this tread I have listed about 10 links so far and if you need any more I would be more then happy to give them to you. The reason I asked is that I looked and couldn’t fine this statement anywhere and if he indeed said it I would like to know when. I don’t think it’s to much to ask. You do want me to learn the truth don’t you?

          7. KDC says:

You should know the truth by the corruption that you see.

          8. Verner Laursen says:

Was the jobs bill the first Billion dollar stimulus for the shovel ready projects that weren’t quite ready yet? The only immigration bills that I have heard of are Obama’s let every on into the USA that wants to come in without regard to whether they are criminals or not.

          9. bobnstuff says:

If you really want to know what bills are out there and what is in them here is a link

The page that you get from this link is the score board of congress. If you click on the tabs you can see what bills are passed and what are pending. There are other sights that you can look for bills by topic. The immigration reform bill that the congress passed was close to what Reagan did but with a longer time frame. No president wants criminals coming in or staying. One of the reasons the president has delayed enforcement of the immigration laws on students and families is so he can use the resources given him by the congress to get the criminals first. The added bonus is the ones he’s not going after start paying taxes and no longer have to hid. We will know who they are and where they are.

As for the stimulus money here is where it went

          10. used_to_be_a_liberal says:

we have seen what compromise does, and now, thank-you very much but NO!!!

          11. marshmil says:

Thanks utbl. You are one of the awakened who sees the problem and a way to repair the damages. You are not among the low informed.

          12. used_to_be_a_liberal says:

          13. bobnstuff says:

What compromise are you talking about, show me one that went bad, proof would be good. name the bill that went bad, it should be easy since they have passed so few.

          14. used_to_be_a_liberal says:

in a nut-shell, due to compromise, or attempt to compromise, on anything, this country is in a mess to say the least. By the way, Obama’s idea of compromise has been, do it my way, give me what I want, or else, and we have seen the or else garbage that this president has given us.
I tend to think, that things in general would have been better, if all the politicians had just gone home, and played video games since 2008, and Obama did nothing but play hoops and golf.
Read the other posts bobnstuff, they are a little less general then mine.
The list of screw-ups, con jobs, scams, lies, deceit, and “games” is just far too long.

          15. bobnstuff says:

In other words there are no compromise, You can’t even name one?

          16. used_to_be_a_liberal says:

So you say you love uniformed right wingers, and we “love” kool-aide drinking left-wits.
Bobnstuff if you wish to keep supporting left-wit ideology, be my guest. I am not going to get into a bantering session with. There are public records out there, go look, but take your blinders off first.

          17. bobnstuff says:

I’m not left or right but I don’t like people who say thing but can’t back them up with facts. You made a statement and I asked for supporting facts, you have none. What does that make you? You can’t give one example? Classic uninformed right winger.

          18. used_to_be_a_liberal says:

Not going to bother. If you really don’t know then go do some research. Find things out for yourself. What you are looking for here is an argument to defend your uninformed position on certain matters.
I am not going to bother getting into a banter based on “feelings” It is easy to determine that you are the kind of person, that no matter what is said, or any facts that may be presented, you will fight them all the way just to attempt to prove to yourself that you are smarter then everyone else. Sorry fella, that doesn’t fly here.
So once again, go do your own research, take off the blinders, then check things out.

          19. bobnstuff says:

You know I do a lot of research every day and find out a lot of things but you make great statements like this and when called on it can’t do anything but run from it. I’m sorry if I upset you but you are the one who made the statement. You have given no facts so far, I only ask for one. My guess is you got caught and now are trying to get out of it.

Republicans were BLOCKED from voting on ACA! Tell me, just how bipartisan was that? A sneaky, slimey back room deal, passed in the middle of the night! Is it THAT kind of ‘bi-partisan’?

          29. bobnstuff says:

You do know that all the debate on the ACA was on C-Span. There was no back room, and it was passed at the end of a very long day. Where were you back then? I guess you didn’t care enough to pay attention to what was going on.

          30. bobnstuff says:

That’s funny since they can’t know that till after next April when taxes are filled. The CBO doesn’t show anything like those numbers Please give a link to back up what you say.

          31. KDC says:

Both views don’t necessarily have to be taken when one party has turned against the Constitution of the U.S. Perhaps 50 years ago but not now. The Dems, on the most part, have turned into progressive/communists. Whats up with your comment “6 years of no concessions”? Are you kidding? Try putting the blame on Harry Reid who would not allow ANYTHING to get done. Good riddens to him! The issues you mention all were under the Democratic watch…bad roads, no jobs, etc. . No immigration reform? Not when you have a “king” in charge making up his own rule of law by his ecevutive orders, skipping the Congress. So save your blame on your own party. I might remind you the Dems had control of both Houses for five years + and they did nothing but tear this country down. So save your fairness and compromise rhetoric. You Dems always put blame on the Reps. by saying they want it ALL their way. There again, your party did absolutely nothing that was good for this country. They brought disease and criminal illegals into this country giving them card Blanche. We can’t afford this anymore with the debt hitting 19 trillion.
By the way you can say Conservatives are not the majority, but this just shows how much you really know. Or perhaps, trying to pull the wool over someone’s eyes. Political ideology in the U.S. held steady in 2011, with 40% of Americans continuing to describe their views as conservative, 35% as moderate, and 21% as liberal. This marks the third straight year that conservatives have outnumbered moderates, after more than a decade in which moderates mainly tied or outnumbered conservatives. Conservatives continued to outnumber moderates and liberals in the U.S. population in 2014, as they have since 2009. So there you have the truth

          32. bobnstuff says:

40% is not the majority. Also I guess you slept through civics in school but in our country he minority is meant to have a voice also. Also since the republicans have both houses why are they still not passing any laws? They are 25% through the 114th congress and have passed 29 laws. By the way f you don’t pass a law you can’t complain that it’s not being enforced.

          33. KDC says:

40% of Americans continuing to describe their views as conservative, 35% as moderate, and 21% as liberal. 21% liberal opposed to 45% conservative. Sounds like a majority to me unless you can’t see that 45 is larger than 21.

          34. bobnstuff says:

A majority is a subset of a set consisting of more than half of the set’s elements. This can be compared to a plurality, which is a subset larger than any other subset considered; i.e. a plurality is not necessarily a majority as the largest subset considered may consist of less than half the set’s elements.
            Over 50% is a majority

          35. KDC says:

Then through your own words you have proven my comments. Liberals are not a majority, like you said, are they. 21% is a pittance.

          36. bobnstuff says:

It’s the moderates that have the power, they can go either way. Since the liberals are more likely to compromise it’s easier for them to get the moderates vote. I never said liberals were the majority.

          37. KDC says:

Not exactly, but you did say “Conservatives are not the majority in our country”, when indeed they do have the majority over liberals and moderates. You were misleading in your comment. ( I’m being gracious)
I’m wondering why you had to look up soc.sec. and medicare that are not entitlements? Are you from this country? Reason being, ANYONE knows about those two issues.

          38. bobnstuff says:

I’m sorry but when you used the word majority incorrectly I showed you the meaning as in the dictionary. When it was pointed out my mistake on entitlements I didn’t trust myself and checked my facts and found I was wrong. When I’m wrong I own up to it.

          39. KDC says:

Why do you have to look up such basic stuff? A majority is any number larger than the other. I owe no apologies.

          40. KDC says:

Well, like you insinuated they were by making your statement that conservatives were not the majority, which was a false statement, wasn’t it.?

          41. KDC says:

Between two, only. If 40 is larger than 35, the 40 has the majority. If 35 is larger than the 21 then the 35 has the majority. So in this case 40 is larger than the 35% or the 21% so the 40% has the majority. Are your sure you are not foreign? This is basic understanding.

          42. Verner Laursen says:

The Republicans need a 2/3 majority who will vote together to pass any law when our president has a 100% veto vote and has openly said he will use it — like on giving Iran the atom bomb. We have too many party Republicans that vote with the Dems.

          43. bobnstuff says:

The President has vetoed two bills in six years. The republicans had no problem passing repeals of the ACA in the house last year. The veto didn’t stop them so why now. Iran can have a bomb easier if the agreement isn’t passed the if it is. They don’t need anything from us to build it. We have more to gain by passing it then not. Are the Republicans afraid to pass laws or do they know that they can be held responsible if they do pass any and it doesn’t work.

          44. KDC says:

If you say you’re republican, why is it you bash them in every comment? You are not who you say you are. Sure you’re not a troll, like some suggest.? You speak with fork tongue!

          45. bobnstuff says:

If you want me to I will bash the democrats although the topic was the republican party and the support of Bush the Third. The Democrats are spineless, the please don’t hurt me party. They run form their own ideas and run at the least fight. They are the exact opposite of the republicans. The biggest difference is they lie a lot less. The President should have healed his ground on the ACA, kept the public option. In the 2014 election the democrats should have rubbed the ACA and the good things the president did in the republicans face but they had no guts.

          46. KDC says:

Nah, don’t bother. Anyone who defends BO isn’t to be trusted, in my book.

          47. bobnstuff says:

If someone is being lied about I will defend them. I hate false and twisted information. I will be glad to see President Obama leave office, I’m really tired of how the haters on the right cling to their lies even when they make no sence at all.

          48. KDC says:

I hate false and lying rhetoric. You said you were republican..don’t you know that’s on the “right”? Save it, bub, no one believes a word you say. We all see right through you. So typical of a Lib. Troll.

          49. marshmil says:

Yes “work together.” We have a nation that is essentially off the road and submerged in a lake of Socialism. To compromise means some want to restore America to Constitutional order run by We the People and the others want to compromise by pulling it only half way out–meaning let’s not get it back to a great running again.

          50. bobnstuff says:

Have you ever read the constitution? It seems that the 13th, 14th 15h and 19h amendments were missed. I guess you don’t really care about them.

          51. marshmil says:

So like a typical Democrat liberal you introduce non-relevant information. You are a racist and likely of African origin. the latter is fine. But don’t ride the race card. A liberal aways tries to divert attention away from the subject matter under consideration. We can spot you in a billisecond.

          52. bobnstuff says:

Boy you are sure are clueless. My guess you have never bothered to find out what a socialist is, it’s not what you think it means. If you want to restore the constitution you have to restore voters rights. Also you need to study the writings of our founding fathers and just how our country began. You are the one who brought up the constitution, not me.

          53. Verner Laursen says:

We need to restore the voter rights and the rights of the legislative part of our government to make our laws that our half white president has taken away with all his executive orders. Our government should definitely be following the constitution, not ignoring and over-riding it like they have been doing.

          54. bobnstuff says:

I agree we need to restore voters rights but it’s the republicans that are trying to take them away. As far as laws taken away by executive order, I think you my be confused. A EO can’t take away a law, all it can do is delay the enforcement of it. The use of OE’s goes back to Washington and Obama has used less then most presidents. EO’s are not unconstitutional. About half the EO’s sign by the President are the same as the ones signed by almost every president since Truman. If you need a link to find the history of EO’s I can get you one

          55. heights2012 says:

anyone continuously linking to liberal leaning publications is (simply put) not a Republican. I think what we have here is a Wolf in sheep’s clothing with an agenda acquired at a somewhat dubious University that has it’s own agenda that has nothing to do with living up to the law of our Constitution—-Liberal interpretation is capable of destroying almost anything, including the ability to defend your very own Homeland

          56. bobnstuff says:

Ok what left wing publications? The legal-dictionary, The or the web sight of the Congress. Do you mean the BLS. I use them from time to time. I try to show where I got my information from. If you believe that Penn State is Liberal then I guess you would feel all colleges are liberal. Do you really believe one of the largest University in the country is dubious? You had better not let the alumni here you say it or you might find yourself regretting it. do know we are everywhere.

          57. heights2012 says:

You must have pigeon sh*t in your eyes and ears–just reading your babble has helped me to understand where your opinions must come from—-would you care to tell us from what indoctrination center did you get your degree from

          58. bobnstuff says:

Well I went to a little known school called Penn State. I don’t know if you have heard of it. They taught us to think and to research not just repeat the party line. We actually had to read the Constitution and the writings of the founding fathers so we would understand what they had in mind when they wrote it. They also taught us to look up word and know their meanings when we used them. Since leaving school all those years ago I have been active in my local Republican party, I have held office and work on campaigns. I try not to say anything I can’t back up with hard facts. Can you say the same?

          59. heights2012 says:

“YES”—–However, One thing I learned early in life was the enormous difference between knowledge and wisdom—-Being a member of the Republican Party does not make you a Conservative—Again, just take a serious look at what’s been going on.

          60. bobnstuff says:

I’m not a conservative, I’m a moderate as was the main stream of the republican party. The party was pretty center of the road till GW and the far right started to try to take over. The GOP like the conservatives money but now the right is trying to push all the moderates out. My real problem with the right is the half truths and out right false information. Also they have no respect for others views or others in general. They are against regulations unless they like them. They want into your bedroom. They say they are defending our rights but have no problem taking them away. How can you say you want freedom but not for everyone? I had to step down as Ward Chairman, I couldn’t take the party’s direction any more. My whole thinking is, will it make the country better for everyone and will it work. I don’t care who can up with the idea or if the corporate sponsors of the party can make money from it.

          61. heights2012 says:

Your ignorant bias is rapidly beginning to show , even to those that struggle with the intellectual application necessary to “get it”,–GW was in no way a far right politician.
I do have a question for an over-educated Eastern University Grad. Is a Moderate or just a little bit liberal anything like being just a little bit pregnant, you either are, or you are not.
Your complaints towards the right are somewhat misdirected as you might be a little more accurate in whom you target if you were to look at the party RINO’s and compare them to your quote / unquote —“party Moderates”

          62. bobnstuff says:

I was an insider in the republican and saw first hand how the republicans squeezed money out of the stupid right wing by scaring them about Kerry. Who do you think paid for the Swift Boat folks. There was one lady in our local party that even though she was on a fixed income just kept writing checks. The republicans loved to play on the stupid right wingers but they got caught. Now they are paying the price. It’s the stupid people that believes their lies and keep repeating them that they once loved but now that it’s out of hand they can’t control them. The republicans have always been a top down party but the leaders have lost control and the party is falling apart and being taken over by big money. The suckers on the right just keep buying the lies the, bigger the lie the better. They know that the right is to dumb to check facts. They know that people like you will do their dirty work for them.

          65. KDC says:

            A socialist is a communist.

          66. bobnstuff says:

Not really, Marx said that socialism is the stage between capitalism and communism.

          67. KDC says:

It is in the eyes of the citizens!

          68. PC Bob says:

True enough, but even when the two sides DID work together (partisan bills on the budget, jobs, etc) our Senate squashed the deals by NOT voting on them! Thank you Mr. Harry Reid! And then, to rub salt in our wounds they blamed the REPUBLICANS for holding things up!

          69. bobnstuff says:

I love uninformed right wingers. They love to repeat things they hear even when facts don’t back them up. The numbers of bills on Harry’s desk was about the same as most speakers had, You see when a bill is sent to committee the don’t get voted on until thy come out and if there are two bills with basically the same thing in them like a house bill and a senate bill only one is worked on. You need to pay more attention to congress and les to right wing pundits.

          70. molly kennedy says:

            Amen to that

          71. heights2012 says:

Anyone that thinks the way to hold their ideals is to compromise them away is simply blowing smoke up his very own A$$. Giving away Conservative principles one bite at a time is what has been destroying this country long before FDR.
And just for your very own information because apparently you missed it in the 3rd grade—-The conservative constitutionalists, to come, fought an entire Revolutionary war and established this Grand Republic by refusing to compromise. Compromising creates losers out of people without the onions to stand and fight for what they believe in. Sometimes called lacking the courage of their convictions. Makes it easier to sit down and shut up

          72. bobnstuff says:

In case you didn’t go to college you didn’t learn that the whole Declaration Of Independence and The Constitution where full of compromise. Our founding fathers where not conservatives. For the time they where progressives.

          73. Arizona Don says:

Compromise lets see now. They want to take our guns (confiscate) so we compromise and just register them all right now and in eight years or maybe ten they confiscate them? I have a different name for that and it is not compromise.

How did we compromise with the British in the revolutionary war. How did we compromise with Mexico in their war with the Republic of Texas. How about Japan when they attacked us at Pearl Harbor? We must never compromise our morals, principles or ideals as well as our American pride which our president has been apologizing for for seven years now. His attitude about American Greatness, is what American Greatness?

If you think compromise is the only answer to what is going on now you are confused at best. Furthermore, it is not compromise the progressives are looking for it is surrender. I will not surrender! And neither should any real American!

FYI the progressives controlled both houses of the legislative branch for two years so it was not 6 years now was it.

          74. KDC says:

I don’t know about this guy, Arizona..something makes me think he’s not U.S….he didn’t know soc.sec or Medicare were not entitlements.

          75. Arizona Don says:

Thanks for pointing that out. Now that you did I suspect you may very well be right.

          76. KDC says:

            Just another lying troll !

      3. KDC says:

        Kasich is EstRep. No thanks!

      4. ijohnc1 says:

An oxymoron, there are no elected democrats, there is only secular progressives left as what once was a party of America, for America, and want a socialist, communistic type government, talk about class warfare, the democrats /communists have made it an art form.
The Reppubies have also morphed, pandered, capitulated, caved in, lied, and have done the bidding of both parties to stay in power, they both have thrown our constitution under the bus .
To think a slimy person from the democrats, like Hillary could ever be a person to serve her country before herself is a joke, Too bad there are no JFK’s left in the democratic box, other wise we should all give up hope the there will be nothing left of either party in the near future, and us independent’s can only hope someone like Trump, or Cruz or Carson gets elected to get our ship of state back to what America really does, and become the guiding light on the hill.
We should all pray to God, as we need his help.

        1. bobnstuff says:

JFK would be eaten by the press today.

Why should he?? Remember how we got here?!?!?!?! I believe he will ALWAYS stand up for us. No doubts!!!

        1. bobnstuff says:

You mean stand up for himself, the only one he cares about.

    2. KDC says:

Yeah, and a lousy two term BO!

    3. tom2 says:

I heartily agree but every conservative should vote, even if it snows. And pick the best of two.

      1. Webb says:

        Agree, even if it snows…

        1. marshmil says:

But remember Al Gore told us we are in for global warming so according to his climate forecasting we will have no snow. Ha Ha.
He tried to “snow” us with heat but nature had other realistic plans. tee hee

        P. S. Or Carly, Rubio & Santorum, unlike the Lib’s we have Americans to vote for. Let’s choose wisely.

        1. bobnstuff says:

Santorum? You must be kidding. he isn’t to bright. He rented out his house in his district and then lied about it.

      2. carlton goodson says:

Not trying to leave them out just want the best of them.

    2. Judy McKinney says:

I’m with you. Trump for 2016. Cruz for VP.
