North Korea accuses US of declaring war, says it has right to shoot down bombers

North Korea’s foreign minister on Monday accused President Donald Trump of declaring war, saying that gives the rogue regime the right to shoot down U.S. strategic bombers.

Pyongyang could target planes even when they are not flying in North Korean airspace, Foreign Minister Ri Yong Ho told reporters in New York.

“The whole world should clearly remember it was the U.S. who first declared war on our country,” he said.

“Since the United States declared war on our country, we will have every right to make countermeasures, including the right to shoot down United States strategic bombers even when they are not inside the airspace border of our country,” he added.

That would be a very BIG mistake.Last I checked he was surrounded by US War Ships and probably a Sub or Two with Nukes. Not to mention the Bombers making Training Runs above.Like I said Big Mistake.I think that’s called Check Mate.Oh and don’t forget about the Thousands of US and South Korean forces just across the border. He must really be NUTS.

Just Try Shooting down a US aircraft Fat Boy you will find out what Safe Places are all about !!

Perhaps the N. Korean concerned about the U.S. declaring War, someone should let it be known that the U.N. declared War in 1950 when, without any declaration of any sort, the N. Korean Army attacked by surprise and since then only accepted by the lack of acts to keep shooting in response to the time set by the U.N. to halt shooting to see what the N. Korean Army would do.

Because it stopped then and ever since, I was sent home by the USAF that no longer needed me along with thousands of others save for the ones that had already died or been too wounded to return to combat. So, there is no need for N.Korea to declare anything for that is not its style. But, make no mistake, President Trump knows when N. Korea has launched a missile that might be killing in minutes. He has effectively advised to the world, even if Dictator Kim is not listening, that such a launch just in a direction that the path is aimed at a U.S. involved location is understood as evidence of attack in need of launching many missiles aimed at eliminating as many launch points for further attack as possible.

We suspect that dictator Kim has not yet learned that his actions do drive consequences. He may think it is far too late for him to worry about it, if he can already stop any number of incoming missiles from ending his reign; if so, it is at least fair to say better to fight now than to certainly lose later.

Go ahead and do it. Then get ready to stick your ass in a bucket of water to put out the fires that will be lit under it. The aggression has been on the part of Weeble boy and the world knows it and he is the world’s problem, not just America along with Khomeini.

He is the one calling for war.

“The President does not have power under the Constitution
to unilaterally authorize a military attack in a situation that does not
involve stopping an actual or imminent threat to the nation.”

“As Commander-in-Chief, the President does have a duty to protect and
defend the United States. In instances of self-defense, the President
would be within his constitutional authority to act before advising
Congress or seeking its consent. History has shown us time and again,
however, that military action is most successful when it is authorized
and supported by the Legislative branch. It is always preferable to have
the informed consent of Congress prior to any military action.”

These NORKS are playing a very dangerous game. If they shoot down any of our planes flying over international waters, that’s an act of war. The U.S. would have every right under international law to fully engage our military to destroy the enemy by any means possible. Apparently the Chinese have not yet tweaked the Little Rocket Man to advise him he’s trolling in very dangerous waters. They could explain to the little pervert, that he’s no longer messing with the little girly-boys in the Obama Administration. This is a whole new ballgame and he’s messing with a military force that could destroy him and his whole country if it chose to do so. Tread softly little Rocket Man, tread very softly…

Maybe let him remove the commie state of Kalifornia first, then turn North Korea into a flat parking lot.

Oh good. Then we can make a perking lot out of NK.

Kim is looking for an excuse to pull the trigger and make it look like he was forced to do so. This would be a grave mistake and misguided judgement of the US position towards N Korea. He does not understand the US policy of not striking first. If he opens that can he will regret his decision. In his world he thinks he is huge but in reality he is a very small player with a deadly disposition. What truly makes him different is he don’t care about anything especially the people of N Korea. I hope if he is stupid enough to pull the trigger we are swift enough to take out him and everything they have for development of missile and bomb technology in one fall swoop.
I feel bad for the people of N Korea to have to tolerate this sick dictator and wish them no harm.

    1. Pete says:

He is looking for a way to get the Chinese to back him up. They made it clear that if he starts it, he is on his own. Kim knows he has let his alligator mouth overload his butt & without China he is still a little frog
China may have to help him achieve room temperature so they can continue to sell their stuff to the US & a N Korea – US military clash would slam that trade door shut. . Their European market is in decline (crappy E Union economy) so not much stability there either.

      1. Retired says:

One thing to remember is Russia and Iran are still supporting Kim Boy and so far China has done very little to tame him down .China is still a communist run Government . Think back as to how much the USA gave to North Korea to not go in Nuke weapons .

I can’t understand why someone in Korea hasn’t already assassinated that short crazy bastard. He is the one, he and his father and family are the ones causing the people in that country to suffer and starve.

In my opinion it’s because America has too many liberals who can’t remember , or don’t want to, anything past last month or more. Like Germany, Japan, Iraq, Vietnam, etc.

      1. dmttbt says:

I agree and it doesn’t matter if they call themselves republican or democrat they are still liberal thieves. For all of the liberal stars who do not live the same life that everyone else does and want to take in every person from every country because they need to be protected, screw you. If you have ever served in a war zone you will know no to say “oh well some of them are ok or some of them don’t believe that. How the hell would we know what they believe? We can judge by performance and theirs is piss poor. They want us dead and they includes all of them. You cannot afford to make the mistake of trusting some because they will be the ones who will cut your head off.
