Rep. Biggs to Newsmax: More FBI Docs Coming on Biden

Rep. Andy Biggs stated on Newsmax that the House Oversight Committee is expecting to receive additional FD-1023 form from the FBI in this week, which will support what a Ukrainian oligarch claimed in his statement regarding an alleged bribery plot involving President Joe Biden’s son Hunter.

The Arizona Republican stated on Newsmax’s “Sunday Report” that “we are supposed to receive more 10-23s – these are FBI reports.”

Biggs added that in addition to suspicious activity reports filed with the Department of Treasury at a moment when “we have gotten more done in approximately 4-5 months than did the Department of Justice in 4-5 year,” people are asking Biggs what is happening. This is what we’ve done. “I think the next thing to do is find the links.”

Biggs said that the FD-1023 documents are not necessarily the same as the FBI document pertaining to the Bidens which the Oversight Committee requested.

Is Israel’s fate tied to Syria?

Syria has fallen, but we are still far from seeing the last of the hostages returned. Our brave soldiers must fight to secure Israel’s borders, rid the region of emboldened attackers all over the Middle East, and adapt to the escalating threats from Syria, but Israel doesn’t have enough supplies to properly win this war. Can you support our IDF sons and daughters as they continue fighting for the Survival of the Promised Land?.

Biggs said, “These are reports the FBI has received from other sources.” “They have been reluctant to provide us with those.” “They’ve been difficult to deal with.”

Biggs said that committee members had the opportunity to review the original FBI document. It was heavily redacted – which is unusual, considering that it was declassified. The Ukrainian source also said that he had other documentation of his conversations with Biden and Biden’s son.

The House Homeland Security Committee announced last week that it would investigate Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas. The evidence gathered could be used in possible impeachment proceedings.

Biggs said that he had introduced his first impeachment motion about a year ago. He noted that it was important to ensure all Republicans were still in support of the action.

He said: “We have members of our caucus who are asking what the constitutional rationale is and what the legal predicate is.” “We’re putting the ducks in order so that everyone feels comfortable moving forward.” We don’t want to be unable to finish the impeachment process in the House of Representatives.
