Tom Homan: Trump Will Immediately Bring Back ICE Worksite Raids, ‘Remain in Mexico’ Border Policy

Thomas Homan, the incoming Border Czar, says that President-elect Donald Trump plans to restore Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE)’s authority in order to protect American workers through worksite raids and by reinstating “Remain in Mexico”, border policy.

Homan, speaking to the Washington Post in regards to ICE agents conducting immigration enforcement at worksites, said: “We haven’t really worked out a plan for workplace enforcement.” “We are aware that employers will be angry.”

Biden deprived ICE in February 2021 of the ability to carry out worksite enforcement raids. A Post official said at the time that the administration “abolished ICE, without abolishing ICE.”

Homan stated that the Trump administration would reinstate the policy of Remain in Mexico at the southern border. Biden had ended it on his first day in the office.

Israel has been at war for over 500 days.

Over 50 hostages are still in captivity and the military remains on high alert.

All of Israel remains under a cloud of uncertainty.

The Genesis123Foundation continues to provide resources to the people of Israel and its army. These funds will be used to ensure Israel’s soldiers and security forces can safeguard Israel by providing essentials such as:

  • Modern body armor,
  • Medical supplies, and
  • Life-saving equipment

Will you help equip Israel’s Soldiers and Security forces?

The first Trump administration created and implemented Remain in Mexico, which helped to reduce asylum fraud by making sure migrants were not released into U.S. Interior while they awaited their immigration hearings.

Homan said that the next administration would build similar soft-sided facilities to hold migrants with children who arrive at the border.

Homan told The Post, “We must show that we are humane and can handle this.” “We cannot lose the trust of the American people.”
