Trump vows to impose ‘tough new sentences’ on illegal migrant criminals – including death penalty for sex traffickers
Donald Trump, the former president of the United States, said on Thursday that he would impose severe punishments on illegal immigrants found guilty of committing crimes against humanity.
“We will impose new, tough sentences on illegal alien criminals. These include 10-year minimum mandatory sentences for anyone convicted of human smuggling, a life sentence guaranteed for anyone convicted of child trafficking, and the death penalty for those convicted of child or women sex trafficking,” Trump stated at a press conference in Cochise County (Arizona), just a few steps away from the US-Mexico Border.
The 78-year old former president said, “We will also impose death penalties on major drug traffickers and dealers.”
Trump called for the death penalty for those convicted of killing “police officers, sheriffs or border patrol officials, ICE or law enforcers.”

The Republican presidential candidate said that he would prefer a death penalty trial with a shorter duration, rather than a lengthy trial lasting 15 years.
Trump was referring to the dangerous and difficult job that law enforcement officials face in guarding the southern boundary.
Trump toured, flanked with law enforcement officials and relatives of migrants who were victims of crime, the remains of a section of border wall that he had approved during his tenure as president, but was never built once the Biden Administration took over the project.
Former President Bush inspected piles of steel that were rusting in the Arizona sunshine.
It could have been erected in just a few weeks. Trump said that the metal piles were ready to go.
He said that the Vice President Kamala Harrs and President Biden “refused” to install it.
Trump said that he first noticed the desire for open borders when he realized how much paneling was being sold at five cents per dollar.
Angel Moms Back Trump
Rachel Morin, Patty Morin’s 37-year old daughter, was brutally killed on a jogging path in Bel Air, Maryland, last year.
A 23-year old illegal immigrant from El Salvador, suspected of committing other crimes of heinous nature, allegedly murdered the mother of five and stuffed her body into a drainpipe.
Patty, who spoke at the press conference, expressed her strong support for Trump’s plan to close the border and crackdown on migrant crimes.
Patty stated, “We’re 1,800 miles away from the border.”
“And because of the open border, there have been two [cases] where illegal immigrants came in and raped or murdered our citizens.”
She pleaded, “I want to hear our words,” she said. “We are here because our moms, daughters and children are being taken by criminals. That shouldn’t be happening.”
Patty, speaking of border security, said: “This is an extremely important issue.”
The one that will make or break our nation.
Alexis Nungaray spoke out in favor of Trump’s policies on the border. She is the mother of Jocelyn Nungaray (12 years old), who, according to police, was assaulted by illegal immigrants in Houston and killed.
The two alleged murderers, one of whom wore an ICE anklet at the time of their crime, should have occupied over 300 detention bed.
She argued that “they were detained and then released when they shouldn’t had been released.”
Nungaray raged, “We’re losing innocent people because of heinous crimes which shouldn’t have happened in the first instance.”
What other Republicans have to Say
JD Vance, the Republican Vice Presidential candidate, spoke at a press conference in Georgia just minutes before Trump delivered his border speech. He praised the agenda proposed by former President Bush.
The Ohio senator stated that “Donald Trump thinks we should make it easier for our law enforcement by closing that southern border, and getting drug cartels to leave our communities.”
Trump also warned that changes to immigration law, which were backed in the summer by Democrats and Republicans but opposed by Trump himself, would codify “catch-and-release” policies.
“This is when a person enters our country and claims asylum. They are then released back into our country without any follow-up. They sometimes don’t return for five years. Vance stated that sometimes they do not return for 10 years.
“Kamala Harris, Joe Biden and their border security package implemented catch-and-release through executive order. Their so called border safety package would have made the catch-and release law of the country. Even if Donald Trump were to come into power, he couldn’t undo the catch and release policy.
Vivek Ramaswamy was the former GOP presidential candidate who spoke on the sidelines at the Democratic National Convention. He told reporters that it was funny that the Democratic gathering had a barrier around it to keep out protesters.
Ramaswamy quipped, “I am grateful that Democrats now appear to agree with Donald Trump’s policy of building the wall.” If only they cared about keeping illegals from entering our country the same way they care about keeping their left-wing protesters away from their own convention, then our border crisis might be over.
