The Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board yanked an online ad intended to warn of the link between heavy drinking and rape after critics said it appeared to blame women for the crime, the Associated Pressreports.

“She didn’t want to do it, but she couldn’t say no,” reads the ad, which features a woman’s legs on a tile floor with her underwear around her ankles.

LCB spokeswoman Stacey Witalec said the ad, which was pulled Wednesday night, was part of a broader campaign to raise awareness and not meant to suggest rape victims are to blame. She added that the board had received positive and negative feedback about it.

The awareness campaign began several months ago onControlTonight.
