AOC Admits NYC Trial Is Keeping Donald Trump Off the Campaign Trail

Rep. Alexandria Ocasio Cortez (DNY), also known as AOC, said what former President Donald Trump’s supporters thought: That the business records case sparked by Democrat Manhattan district attorney Alvin Bragg’s case against him keeps him off the campaign trails.

Ocasio Cortez, after the Trump campaign announced that Trump would be doing an event at the South Bronx in New York on Thursday night, told reporters that he did so because he had to stay in New York due to the trial.

“By-the-way, he does it in the South Bronx not to make a statement, but because the man has court. He practically wears the legal equivalent of an anklet around him and he cannot leave the five Boroughs because you have to always be in court.” It is a real embarrassment for him,” Ocasio Cortez said to reporters on Wednesday at the Capitol.

Her comments validated Trump’s repeated claims that the charges Bragg brought against Trump were an attempt by Bragg to keep him in court, off the campaign trial, and interfere with 2024 presidential elections.

Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, R-GA, who had a heated discussion with Ocasio Cortez (D-NY) last week during which she claimed that the New York Congresswoman lacked intelligence posted on X.

Remember when I said last week that AOC was not intelligent?

She has just proven my point.

AOC says that the Democrat’s Lawfare against Trump acts like an ankle monitor, limiting Trump’s ability to campaign.

It’s called interference in elections, baby girl.

Trump made several other visits to the Bronx before, including a visit to a bodega, where a clerk was arrested for defending himself from an attacker. He also visited construction workers.
