Scott vilified Snipes, trampled her due-process rights and used vague and meaningless catch-all terms to do so, Chief U.S. District Judge Mark E. Walker wrote in a 15-page ruling.

As a result of having “zero opportunity to tell her side of the story,” Snipes must be given the chance, either in writing or orally, to be heard no later than March 31, Walker wrote.

It will be newly elected Gov. Ron DeSantis’ responsibility to carry out the judge’s order.

That girl had one heck of a paycheck and retirement payments in the thousands of taxpayer money and could not do her job. Why should not she be fired for not doing her job and not doing her job was so out in the public’s eye. She didn’t even try to hide her incompetence. Oh I forgot she should not be fired because it was taxpayer money while working and is taxpayer money in retirement she stole from and will be stealing from taxpayers in her retirement. Only in private business can you be fired for incompetence.
