DENVER — An undocumented immigrant charged with vehicular homicide after a fiery crash last Saturday, bonded out of jail a week later.

Ivan Zamarripa-Castaneda is wanted by ICE but has not been taken into custody, ICE said on Sunday. Denver and all other state agencies stopped honoring detainer orders from ICE in 2014 after courts ruled it was illegal.

The crash happened near eastbound Interstate 70 and North Brighton shortly before midnight. It involved a tractor trailer that caught on fire.

The 57-year-old driver of the semi died and officials have not released the victim’s identity.

Why was he bonded out, perhaps his bond was only $1.00 because he is illegal and those in charge did not want one of their “outstanding citizens” (aka criminal) deported. Hey, all for any illegal and nothing for citizens.

Every single politician who voted for the measure or who signed an Executive Order to not comply with the Federal Government should be held accountable for this death. Every “Immigrant Rights” group (read “Democrat Party Operatives”) should be sued for their complicity in this death, and so many others, by the families of those killed until these groups are bankrupt.. Liberals wish to blame gun manufacturers for people illegally obtaining and using guns, let’s hold these people responsible for their complicity in the deaths of Americans because they REFUSE to allow our laws to be enforced.
