Guatemalan illegal immigrant charged in rape of 11-year-old girl in Provo, Utah

A felony charge of raping child was filed against an illegal immigrant in Provo, Utah. The alleged rape victim is a girl aged 11 years old.

Jonathan Estuardo Ruano Garcia (26), a Guatemalan accused of rape, is currently being held at the Utah County Jail and was placed on ICE’s detainer.

The Daily Wire obtained documents from the police that show a mother who came home late at night to find her daughter, who was supposed be alone. The mother, as she entered the apartment, “observed a male adult leaving it.” The mother reported that the male made eye-contact but quickly walked away.

She found her 11-year old daughter naked on the apartment floor.

Police records indicate that the 11-year old girl told her mom that a man she met online came to her apartment and had sexual relations with her. “Ruano Garca admitted that he placed his penis inside her vagina, and had sex for 20-30 minutes with the 11 year old,” police records indicated.

He claimed that he thought she was between 13 and 14 years old. He claimed that they met at soccer match and started corresponding online. He would send her messages of his genitals and other forms of sexting. Lehi Free Press, a local outlet, reported that the illegal immigrant was living in Lehi when the crimes were allegedly committed.

He was charged for forgery when he found a wallet containing a “social insurance card that didn’t appear to be genuine”. “When asked about the fake social security card Ruano Garcia, he admitted it was a fake and he had paid money to get it when he arrived in the United States,” the police wrote.

It comes amid a number other reports about illegal immigrants committing sexual crimes against children or others. An illegal Honduran immigrant was arrested in Louisiana on charges that he raped a girl under knifepoint last week. ICE arrested nearly 300 sex-predators who were also illegal immigrants in the first half February.

Illegal immigrants are reportedly being shipped out of New York to Utah as the illegal immigration crisis intensifies.
