RNC targets minorities, women with new ad

The Republican National Committee is out with a new ad designed to appeal to women and minorities.

The ad, released as part of the one-year anniversary of an RNC report that said the party must diversify, features a slew of females and minority voters describing why they’re Republicans.

The six-figure ad buy is running in 14 states with Senate races, a relatively small buy spread out across the country. But it’s running on cable networks like Bravo and the Food Network that have heavily female audiences, as well as on TVOne, a network targeting African-American audiences, and on some local affiliates of Telemundo.

Golly, th GOP has certainly been ignoring women, the poor, hispanics and other minorities for a very long tim. This last minute panic to play nice will only convince the stupid. Their record i clear (and still continues).
