    Sorry!! This is not rare bi-partisanship. Some of us know the criteria used for picking people that Obama puts in charge has nothing to do with competence and everything to do with ideology, gender or race. Therefore we and many Republicans also surmised a woman who said she’d like to see the White House be like Disney world was not up to the job of protecting the president. However Cummings and Obama sycophants think the very incompetence they support is not to blame and as usual the cry of racism is used to explain what has happened. Because both sides agree the Secret service isn’t up to the job is no reason to call it bi-partisanship.
