FBI says lack of public interest in Hillary emails justifies withholding documents

Hillary Clinton’s case isn’t interesting enough to the public to justify releasing the FBI’s files on her, the bureau said this week in rejecting an open-records request by a lawyer seeking to have the former secretary of state punished for perjury.

Ty Clevenger, the lawyer, has been trying to get Mrs. Clinton and her personal lawyers disbarred for their handling of her official emails during her time as secretary of state. He’s met with resistance among lawyers, and now his request for information from the FBI’s files has been shot down.

“You have not sufficiently demonstrated that the public’s interest in disclosure outweighs personal privacy interests of the subject,” FBI records management section chief David M. Hardy told Mr. Clevenger in a letter Monday.

“It is incumbent upon the requester to provide documentation regarding the public’s interest in the operations and activities of the government before records can be processed pursuant to the FOIA,” Mr. Hardy wrote.

The credibility of the F B I is now onthe line. It was once a respected Law and Order organization. Now that it has been politicised, nobody believes anything they say especially after Comey outlined the case against Hillary Clinton point by point and then said no attorney would prosecute her based on the evidence. In essence, He gave her a free pass.

Well, if the fbi thnks there is not enough interest, do what polosi said….We have to pass it to read what is in it, so to parapharse it. I want to read it. Should I go down to the local fbi offic and buy a copy??? The fbi is quickly losing it’s crediablity by associating with the democraps

There is a petition at petitions.whitehouse.gov that makes that request. When you go to the site there is a tab “sign a petition” on the right side of the page. Click on it and several petitions will be listed. Go to the one that starts “Compel the F.B.I. to Release…” and sign. You will have to give your name and a legit email acct. OVER 25,000 HAVE SIGNED SO FAR.

The F B I must be covering up the crimes that Hillary is guilty of as outlined by James Comey before he declined to turn the case over to the (crooked) Justice Department for prosecution thereby giving Hillary immunity from ever being tried for ANY “alleged” crimes/

I want to slap that smirk of her face and send her rear to prison. She has been a first class criminal and she deserves to spend time in prison for her corruption.!!!

I guess the FBI is listening to the MSM instead of the people of this country. How many have demanded that the Clintons and all be prosecuted and all in vain so far. I’m thinking that they are just part of the cover-up of the Obama regime.

Is there a site where we can sign up DEMANDING that all her FBI records be released to the public? I sure would be willing to sign this request.

  • jfbtx says:

I suppose when 60 million plus American citizen want the disclosure that’s not enough because of the Obama implants into the bureau. The other reason not to release is that High Crime where committed and the Bureau is covering up.
