Joe Rogan’s Donald Trump Episode Racks Up 26 Million Views in First 24 Hours
In its first 24 hour, the podcast interview between Donald Trump and Joe Rogan by Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump has been viewed more than 26 million times.
This is the most-viewed Joe Rogan Experience episode in history, and the most-viewed podcast for any candidate running in the presidential election of 2024.
Trump and Rogan sat down for a three-hour episode of the podcast, where they discussed topics such as UFOs, wind turbines’ alleged effect on whales’ mental health, Trump’s regrets while in office, his false claim that 2020 election fraud was widespread, Trump’s regrets during the presidency, etc.
Joe Rogan Experience has the highest number of listeners in the world. The podcast has 14,5 million Spotify subscribers and 17.5 millions YouTube subscribers. Spotify and Apple Podcasts don’t release data on individual episodes. However, YouTube views indicate that this is the most popular episode in the history of the show and has reached more listeners than any other podcasts during the campaign.

According to Rogan’s fan site JRE Library, over the 15 years and more than 2,000 episodes of the podcast, the 10 most popular episodes have been viewed between 27 million and 68 millions times on YouTube. The Trump interview is just outside this range within its first 24 hour.
Elon Musk has endorsed Trump’s 2024 presidential campaign. His interview in September 2018 with the tech billionaire was the most watched episode. The show has been viewed over 68 million time. Musk, a Tesla owner, smoked pot and drank whisky with the host.
From 2020 to earlier this year, Rogan’s Podcast was only available on Spotify. These episodes have been reuploaded on YouTube but the data is not complete as they were uploaded retrospectively.
Rogan’s most recent episode that had as many YouTube views was the May 2020 interview with comedian Tim Dillon and radio host Alex Jones. It has been viewed nearly 28 million times.
Jones, a well-known conspiracy theorist, was ordered to pay nearly $1 billion to families of Sandy Hook victims. He had spent years defaming the families by saying that their children were not murderers but “crisis performers.”
Does Joe Rogan endorse Donald Trump?
Rogan did NOT endorse Trump in the interview. Rogan had previously endorsed Independent Robert F. Kennedy Jr. who, since then, has endorsed Trump.
Rogan praised Trump’s sense humor in the podcast. Trump called Rogan “a fascinating man.” Rogan told the former president, “One of the wonderful things about you is your freeball.” He also said that his impression mocking Joe Biden in the podcast was “funny.”
Rogan stated that he was interested in interviewing Democratic presidential candidate Kamalah Harris. However, her campaign confirmed that she would not be joining him on his show until after the election.
