Limbaugh Hits Back At DCCC

September 18, 2014

Rush Limbaugh spokesperson  Brian Glicklich claims the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee is “lying” about Limbaugh’s recent remarks on sexual abuse in “a disturbing and cynical attempt to fund-raise from the serious problem of sexual abuse.” On Tuesday, DCCC Chairman Steve Israel sent a blast email asking supporters to sign a petition calling on Limbaugh’s sponsors to pull their advertising from his program because of remarks he had made about rape. Israel characterized Limbaugh as saying, “…No” means “yes” if you know how to spot it…” The Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee sent out a similar email on Wednesday. According to Glicklich, the DCCC is using Limbaugh’s remarks out of context purely for fund-raising purposes. Evidently some others feel the same way. … some people found the DCCC’s efforts to fundraise off Limbaught’s remarks unseemly. (The email directed recipients to a form where they were required to fill out their email address and had the option of supplying their zip code. After giving their information to the DCCC, they are redirected to ActBlue and asked for a donation, preferably recurring weekly.) Said Glickich, “Even for the partisan DCCC, this reprehensible behavior reaches a new low. They should apologize to women

Destroying people and destroying Organizations is the only way DemoRats can win. When are Low-Info Voters going to wise up????

Isn’t “misrepresentation”, deceit, and “outright lying” standard tools for the left ?

    1. Chuck Gettle says:

Liberals always lie. Too bad most o f America is so tuned out to realise it.

    2. I Seigel says:

Maybe. Just like reporting innuendo and hearsay and someone’s blog as “fact” is a standard tool of the right.

Not that Rush would EVER stoop to tactics like that….

      1. FIRE1949 says:

Just between us, how many times did you vote for Obama?

        1. I Seigel says:

I’m curious about the graphic you use for your ID, and the slogan “Never apologize for being right”. Is it a coincidence that it’s attached to a Confederate flag? Just between you and me, do you think the Confederacy was right about fighting abolition?

          1. FIRE1949 says:

First, you did NOT answer the question as to how many times you voted for Obama..
Second, your ignorance of history is showing. The Confederacy never adopted a flag.
Third, a large number of Southerners supported stopping slavery. “STATES’ RIGHTS” was the primary issue of “The War of Northern Aggression”.

          2. I Seigel says:

“The War of Northern Agression” – nice!

And what about the alleged “moon landings”, the “Holocaust”, and those pesky “WMDs”?

          3. I Seigel says:

MY ignorance of history is showing?!?! There were 3 official designs for the Flag of the Confederacy. The first was called the Stars and Bars. The second, for most of the duration of the “War of Northern Agression” was the Stainless Banner, which is what your graphic is based on. At the end of the war, the design was changed into the Blood Stained Banner.

The flags of Georgia and Mississippi are based on the Flag of the Confederacy. North Carolina has a modified version. South Carolina was shamed into changing theirs a few years ago.

          4. FIRE1949 says:

So you “googled” something and found inaccurate information.
You still have not divulged the number of times you voted for Obama.
            Don’t bother me anymore.

          5. I Seigel says:

Interesting world you live in – you are quite comfortable in your little bubble of made up facts, and at the slightest intrusion of reality you run and hide behind your little flags and your little slogans and your cases of PBR. Hint: instead of the Confederate flag and your silly slogan, why not change it to a picture of ruby slippers and the motto “There’s no place like home”. It would fit better with your delusional fiction world you’ve created for yourself.

Just between you and me, the number of times I voted for Obama is the same number of times you said the word “nig**r” yesterday.

          6. States Rights was a transparent excuse for keeping valuable slaves; few would have died for a mere abstraction…let’s not lodge our heads in places where insolation is poor & the air is noisome.
