Left-Wing Groups Funded Anti-DOGE Protests At Republican Town Halls: Report

The media portrayed the protests as a natural backlash, but they were actually led by George Soros-funded groups and other Democrat activist.

Left-wing groups stoked the so-called “backlash” against Elon Musk’s Department of Government Efficiency project (DOGE), which was displayed at recent Republican townhalls.

The traditional media, of course, took advantage of the supposed backlash. The New York Times reported the protests, as though they were an organic opposition to the President Donald Trump’s attempts to reduce wasteful spending in the government. According to a Washington Free Beacon report, the protests weren’t organic.

CBS used Maggie Goldman to criticize the Trump administration. She was the organizer of one of the protests that took place in the district of Rep. Rich McCormick (R-GA). CBS only identified Goldman as McCormick’s constituent. Goldman may live in McCormick’s district but she is a “Democrat & political activist”. Far from being the conservatives that the media portrayed these protesters as, Goldman coordinated volunteers to assist Pete Buttigieg’s presidential campaign, according to her LinkedIn page. She has also run for county commissioner as a Democrat, and donated to only Democrat campaigns including Kamala’s presidential campaign. According to the Free Beacon, she also boasted publicly about all media outlets that covered her protest.

Israel has been at war for over 500 days.

Over 50 hostages are still in captivity and the military remains on high alert.

All of Israel remains under a cloud of uncertainty.

The Genesis123Foundation continues to provide resources to the people of Israel and its army. These funds will be used to ensure Israel’s soldiers and security forces can safeguard Israel by providing essentials such as:

  • Modern body armor,
  • Medical supplies, and
  • Life-saving equipment

Will you help equip Israel’s Soldiers and Security forces?

Goldman was not the only leftist who organized a protest that was supposedly initiated by conservatives. The Free Beacon reported that Indivisible and MoveOn – both of which receive funding from Democrat billionaire George Soros – were behind many protests in the United States.

The Free Beacon reported that both groups launched national mobilization’ campaigns targeting the Trump-Musk Agenda’ and Trump-Musk Coup’ during the recess, referring the week-long Congressional break. “MoveOn’s members and allies are going to show up in congressional town halls, and at congressional offices across the country to target House Republicans who will be critical to opposing Trump and Musk’s harmful policies. Indivisible released a ‘Musk or Us Recess Toolkit’ that told members where to find local town halls.

Local organizers launched protests by pretending to represent Republicans. This gained local and national media coverage. Local media noted Indivisible’s role in the demonstrations, but neither CBS nor the Times mentioned Democrat participation. The Times only mentioned Democrats when it said that “many participants who identified as Democrats” were the ones with the loudest complaints. The Times’s headline reads “Republicans face Angry voters at Town Halls, hinting at a wider backlash.”

CBS mentioned briefly that Indivisible organized the event, but did not mention that it was a local publication. The Post reported that “[l]iberal group members were encouraged to attend town halls held in red-hot territory,” but did not mention which groups.

The Free Beacon pointed out that major media outlets would have known that the protests are organized by leftist organizations because they sent out press release. Associated Press also reported that Indivisible, MoveOn, and other groups were planning the protests. The AP, on the other hand, titled their piece “The anti Musk protest movement is expected ramp up as Congress recesses.” This article was published before major media outlets reported about alleged “backlash to Trump and Musk.”
