Daughter of Judge Presiding Over Trump’s “Hush Money” Case Does Paid Work for Kamala Harris’ Campaign

“I respectfully ask that the Commission conduct a new investigation into Justice Merchan’s conflict of interest and take any action appropriate as a result.”

Elise Stefanik, the House Chairwoman (R-NY), has requested that a new investigation be conducted into a possible conflict of interest between Judge Juan Merchan’s daughter Loren Merchan and her father. Stefanik, the GOP chairwoman, has asked to investigate Merchan’s possible conflict of interest with Harris. This comes at a time when the judge decided to delay Trump’s sentencing for the NYC falsified documents case until after elections.

According to a Stefanik letter sent to the New York State Commission on Judicial Conduct by Judge Juan Merchan, whose daughter is president of Authentic Campaigns Inc., she may benefit from the fraudulent documents case involving GOP candidate Donald Trump.

In the letter, it states: “On July 21st, 2024, Joe Biden announced he would not run for a second term. In a matter of days, Kamala Harris became the Democrat Party nominee for president. Amazon Web Services, a company that provided web hosting for President Biden’s campaign, was used during his campaign. The campaign of President Biden paid AWS from 2023 until the end of his campaign, in July 2024.”

Here we are, 23 years after 9/11/2001, and it seems like we’re doomed to repeat history, thanks to Kamala and the Democrat’s disastrous policies like the wide-open border and a disastrous withdrawal from Afghanistan. I’m Lt. Gen. Jack Bergman. We must remain vigilant in defeating anyone who seeks to do harm to this great nation. Join me so we can defend our homeland together.

On August 20, 2024 Vice President Harris’s campaign filed its first Federal Election Commission report (FEC), which documented expenses and contributions through July 31, 2024. On Form 3P line 232 of the report, Vice President Harris’s Campaign made a disbursement to Authentic Campaigns Inc. for web hosting on July 30, 2024. The amount was $468.00. It is clear that Harris hired Authentic as soon as she took over the Biden Campaign infrastructure.

Harris changed web hosting companies “immediately” after becoming the presumed Democrat presidential candidate. The letter stated that it was a “new contract with the Harris Campaign.” It then stated that “the Code of Conduct specifically SS 1000.3(E)(1)d)(iii) dictates that a Judge must recuse himself from a case when a relative, up to and including sixth degree, has a financial stake in the outcome of that case. Ms. Merchan has a first-degree relative who is Justice Merchan.

“Authentic has a recently active financial relationship with the Vice President Harris campaign. The sentencing of President Trump, which will be covered by the media worldwide, is about to take place. This event could have a major impact on the election. Some states may have already begun mail voting by then. This new conflict of interest revealed for Judge Merchan is a reason to request the Commission conduct a new investigation and take appropriate actions.
