Trump calls federal judge’s decision on border wall “major, crucial WIN”
The President-elect Trump praised on Saturday the decision of a federal court to prevent the Biden Administration from disposing materials used in Trump’s promised Southern Border Wall before his inauguration.
Why it matters: Trump’s political identity is heavily based on his campaign promises of mass deportations, and a finished border wall.
What they are saying: In a Truth Social posting, the president-elect referred to the Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton’s office’s decision announced on Friday as “a major and crucial win for America.”
In a press release, the attorney general’s said Paxton had asked for an investigation “to uncover any potential legal violations by the Biden administration after recent reports indicating that segments of border wall were sold for pennies per dollar.”

Officials said that the Biden administration confirmed today to the court that it would agree to an agreement preventing the outgoing government from disposing any further border wall material over the next thirty days. This will allow President Trump to make use of the materials in his own way.
This will be adopted by the court as an order, making it enforceable in case of any violations.”
Axios did not receive a response from the White House immediately after Axios requested a comment.

That piece of communist krap buydumb/obama should have to get those supplies they sold back. I never thought the dems would be in power for 12 years and turning this country into a third world communist dictatorship, but it happened.
