Trump: ‘I Had God on My Side’; ‘We Would Not Be Here Together’

In his acceptance speech at the Republican National Convention, Donald Trump, the Republican presidential candidate, made an emotional appeal for peace, prosperity and the return of the American Dream.

Trump stated in a live acceptance speech on Newsmax, the streaming platform for free Newsmax2, that “the discord and division within our society must heal.” “As Americans we are bound by a common destiny and a common fate. We rise together. Or we fall apart.

“I am not running for the presidency of half of America. I’m running for all of America. There is no success in winning only for half.”

“I accept with pride and faith your nomination as president of the United States tonight.”

Kamala’s Flophouse

I’m Republican Josh Loyd. As someone who grew up in farm country, your word is your bond. And Kamala just laid out a pile of manure by claiming she’s for the border wall! But unless we combat the media’s peddling of Kamala’s lies, she’s going to lead the Democrats to victory this November. Help me expose Kamala’s lies by kicking in your support today.

Trump’s Buildup

Kid Rock performed a musical intro before Trump spoke. He shouted Trump’s “fight!” fight! “Fight!” and “Trump!” Trump! Trump!

The crowd then heard Lee Greenwood’s familiar “God Bless The U.S.A.”

White stated that “President Trump literally puts his life on line for something larger than himself.” White said that Trump is willing to put his life on the line because he loves America. I know that he is doing what he can to make sure the American people, all of them, are happy. “I know he is running for president in order to save the American dream.”

Gratitude

In his speech at the convention, Trump spoke of his brush with an assassin’s bullet during a rally held in Pennsylvania on Saturday.

Trump said: “Let me start this evening by thanking the American people for their outpourings of love and support in the wake of the attempted assassination at my rally last Saturday.”

He wanted Republicans, supporters, detractors and open-minded voter to know that he was willing to die for them. He recounted what happened, saying that so many people had asked.

He said, “I’ll tell you what happened and you won’t hear it again from me, because it is too painful to say.”

“Despite this heinous act of violence, we are united tonight more than ever. “Our resolve is unbroken and our purpose remains unchanged — we will deliver a government which serves the American people,” Trump stated.

“I pledge tonight to the nation that I will give everything I have, with all the energy and fighting in my heart and mind, to this election: This election must be about issues facing our country, and how to make America safe, free and great again.”

Hulk Hogan is Hype-Man

Even before the speech there were other moments that would be remembered by those in the convention hall. Hulk Hogan, the famous wrestler, came out to deliver an impassioned address and did his trademark move of ripping his shirt off, revealing a Trump-Vance Campaign shirt.

Hogan stated that “even though you are all real Americans, it is important to get ready because, when Donald J. Trump becomes president of the United States in four years, all real Americans will be called Trumpites, as all Trumpites will be running wild.” Hogan said, “With the power of Donald J. Trump and all the Trumpites going wild, America will get back on track.”

“And as Donald J. Trump has said, America will be great again.”

“After all that has happened to our nation over the last four years, and what happened at the weekend, I cannot remain silent,” he said. “I am here tonight to let the world know that Donald Trump really is an American hero. And I am proud to support Donald Trump as the next President of these United States.”
