IDF eliminated Hezbollah No. 2 in Beirut

The IDF successfully eliminated the high ranking commander responsible for the attack that resulted in the death of 12 children at Majdal Shams.

Israel Defense Forces (IDF), in a daring attack in Beirut, eliminated a senior Hezbollah leader in a targeted raid, who was responsible for recent deadly attacks against Israeli civilians.

Fouad Mohsen, also known as Haj Mohsen, was the eliminated commander. He served as the official deputy head of Hezbollah’s military wing. In an official statement, the IDF confirmed that this assassination had taken place.

The IDF spokesperson stated: “The IDF conducted a precision attack in Beirut targeting the commander who was responsible for the recent deaths of children in Majdal-Shams as well as numerous Israeli civilians.”

Social media began to report initial reports about the social media platform X. They were accompanied by video footage of a powerful blast in Beirut’s Dahieh district, a Hezbollah-held stronghold.

At least 30 others were injured by the direct impact of Hezbollah’s rockets on a soccer field in Majdal Shams in northern Golan Heights. Twelve children and teens died. A Hezbollah missile barrage killed an Israeli in his 30s in a recent attack. The terrorist group is based in Lebanon.
