Democrats Release ‘Target Map’ of State Legislatures in Effort to Fight ‘MAGA Extremism of Donald Trump’

Democrats, hoping to combat so-called “MAGA extremeism”, unveiled their map of target states for state legislatures Tuesday.
The Democratic Legislative Campaign Committee said that its map for 2025-2026 “identifies areas where Democrats should focus their attention and resources in order to strengthen our firewall at state legislatures, and counterbalance MAGA extremism by Donald Trump and Republican Congress members in Washington.”
Breitbart News reports that the DLCC, or “state-Democrat campaign arm”, released a memo in May 2022 lowering expectations.
The DLCC announced on Tuesday that the Democratic Party needed to “win this cycle and defend it” in Alaska, Minnesota Michigan, Pennsylvania Virginia and Wisconsin.

Democrats spent more than $2.1billion dollars to defeat President Trump. Breitbart News reports that he has won the presidency a second-time after securing a pathway to 270 votes in the Electoral College.
The White House released on February 3 a video highlighting Trump’s many accomplishments during the first two weeks after his return to the office.
The article by Breitbart News stated: “The video features White House Press Secretary Karoline Lavitt highlighting administration’s progress in several areas, including the border, energy and securing major investment and expanding access to the press briefing rooms.”
Breitbart News reported that as Democrats struggled to understand why Trump was reelected in a landslide in November, a December study found the Democrat Party is overly focused on diversity and elites, and must reform in order to reach out to the average American.
