FBI reopens probe into cocaine found at Biden White House in 2023 | Fox News

FBI Revisits Cocaine Discovery at White House

The FBI has announced that it is reevaluating the discovery of cocaine inside the White House during the Biden administration. Deputy Director Dan Bongino revealed that the agency is prioritizing its efforts on certain high-profile cases, including this one. “Shortly after taking office, the Director and I reviewed a series of potential public corruption cases that naturally drew public attention. We decided to either reopen these cases or increase resources and focus on them,” Bongino noted in a recent statement.

Key Investigations Highlighted

The Deputy Director outlined several significant cases currently under examination by the FBI. These include the DC pipe bombing case, the discovery of cocaine at the White House under the previous administration, and the leak of the Supreme Court’s Dobbs case decision. Bongino emphasized ongoing progress and called for public assistance in these investigations. “I receive weekly updates on these cases, and we are making headway. If anyone has tips that could aid these investigations, we urge them to contact the FBI,” he added.

Details on the White House Cocaine Incident

The controversial bag of cocaine was found on July 2, 2023, in a storage locker near the White House’s West Wing entrance. The Secret Service conducted an initial investigation, but it failed to conclusively identify a suspect. “The Secret Service received laboratory results from the FBI on July 12, which unfortunately did not reveal any latent fingerprints, and the DNA present was insufficient for any investigative comparisons,” stated a 2023 report from the agency.

President Trump Weighs In

President Donald Trump has expressed his suspicions regarding the cocaine’s origins, suggesting former President Joe Biden or his son Hunter might be connected to the incident. “It’s a terrible situation. The storage bins are typically very congested and not thoroughly cleaned, containing numerous fingerprints. Yet, in this case, the evidence was completely wiped clean. You’re aware of that, correct?” Trump remarked in a recent interview.

As a retired Marine Corps General with nearly 50 years of service to the USA, I’m telling you to never underestimate our adversary. Contrary to media reports, they’ve got a plan to sabotage GOP efforts and distract you. They want you to abandon America’s Golden Age. Don’t let them succeed. Stand with me, Jack Bergman, and let’s defeat the left on Capitol Hill!

At the time of the discovery, neither former President Joe Biden nor any member of his family was present at the White House. They were instead staying at Camp David. Hunter Biden, who has openly discussed his struggle with substance abuse in his 2021 memoir ‘Beautiful Things’, has been reportedly sober since 2019 according to his sworn testimony in federal court in 2023. This leaves the question of who left the cocaine at the White House open and notably suspicious, given the timing and the location of the find.

The investigation into this matter continues to unfold as the FBI pushes forward, analyzing every possible lead to uncover the truth behind this startling discovery.
