JD Vance Says Admin Will Not ‘Ask Permission From Far-Left Democrats’ To Deport Criminals

Trump Administration’s Firm Stance on Deportation

Vice President JD Vance recently affirmed that the Trump administration will not seek approval from “far-left Democrats” when it comes to deporting dangerous criminals from the United States. This declaration underscores the administration’s commitment to taking decisive action without waiting for consensus from opposition parties.

Recent Deportations and Legal Battles

The administration has utilized the Alien Enemies Act to deport members of the notorious Tren de Agua and to remove Abrego Garcia, a Salvadoran alleged to be associated with MS-13. Despite criticism from Democratic circles, Vance defended these actions, emphasizing that the individuals deported had substantial criminal records and posed a threat to public safety.

During a discussion with Lawrence Jones, Vance highlighted the case of Garcia, stating, “Back in 2019, an immigration judge, after reviewing all the evidence, determined that Garcia was indeed a member of an MS-13 gang, with additional offenses including traffic violations and failing to appear in court. This individual clearly does not belong in our country.”

Vance further criticized the opposition for their focus, stating, “We do not ask permission from far-left Democrats before we deport illegal immigrants. We do the American people’s business.”

Opposition from Federal Judges and Congressional Democrats

Don’t let Senate Republicans kill the Trump Agenda

Why do Senate Republicans make the rest of the GOP worry every time Congress has a fight over major legislation? They rarely seem to remember that they were elected to protect individual rights, cut spending and limit government overreach. Fortunately, we have our Top Defenders of Liberty leading the way, like:

  • Rand Paul,
  • Mike Lee, and
  • Ron Johnson.

Unfortunately, there’s still many others in the U.S. Senate who earned a low score in our Liberty Index, and they need to hear from you.

Will you join our efforts to ensure the U.S. Senate passes Trump’s “Big Beautiful Bill” without compromises or interference from Senate RINOS?

The administration’s deportation efforts have faced obstacles from several federal judges, including U.S. District Judge James Boasberg, an Obama appointee, who attempted to block these actions under the Alien Enemies Act. However, the administration remains hopeful that the U.S. Supreme Court will ultimately support their stance.

Vice President Vance also accused congressional Democrats of prioritizing illegal immigrants over American victims, citing the tragic case of 12-year-old Jocelyn Nungaray, who was murdered by two Tren de Agua members.

Continued Enforcement and Border Security

The Trump administration has been active in enforcing immigration laws, with over 100,000 illegal immigrants deported and more than 113,000 arrests made since President Trump’s inauguration on January 20. Additionally, border security has been tightened, resulting in a record low of 7,180 border crossings in March.

Republican Texas Representative Brandon Gill has taken a strong stand against Judge Boasberg, filing articles of impeachment for what he views as an abuse of judicial power and an attempt to undermine the President’s authority.

The administration’s firm approach to immigration enforcement and border security continues to be a cornerstone of their policy, aiming to ensure the safety and security of American citizens.
