Topless photo at White House sparks uproar as trans model banned

According to reports, a model and social media influencer in the US has been banned from entering the White House after she posted a video on the internet showing her posing with no top after meeting President Joe Biden.

Rose Montoya was invited along with many others to the Pride Party held on the South Lawn Saturday morning (local time), where President Obama gave a speech in honor of Pride Month. The White House has criticized her actions at the event as “inappropriate” and “disrespectful”.

After the event, the 27 year old posted a video on Instagram which included her meeting the President and First Lady Jill Biden. It’s an honor. “Trans rights are human right,” she said, posing with the US leader.

The video shows the influencer dancing with two shirtless males in front of an iconic white building. She covered her nipples with her hands as she danced.

Don’t let Senate Republicans kill the Trump Agenda

Why do Senate Republicans make the rest of the GOP worry every time Congress has a fight over major legislation? They rarely seem to remember that they were elected to protect individual rights, cut spending and limit government overreach. Fortunately, we have our Top Defenders of Liberty leading the way, like:

  • Rand Paul,
  • Mike Lee, and
  • Ron Johnson.

Unfortunately, there’s still many others in the U.S. Senate who earned a low score in our Liberty Index, and they need to hear from you.

Will you join our efforts to ensure the U.S. Senate passes Trump’s “Big Beautiful Bill” without compromises or interference from Senate RINOS?

NBC News reported that the White House was alerted to this controversial move after a heated online backlash.

White House slams “disrespectful” act

A White House spokesperson said in a statement to a US news channel overnight that Montoya, and other people who appeared in her video, would be barred from attending future White House events.

This behavior is disrespectful and inappropriate for any event held at the White House. The event was not representative of the hundreds of guests in attendance or of the celebration of LGBTQI+ families that we hosted,” said the spokesperson. “The individuals in the video won’t be invited to any future events.”

Model defends nudity

Montoya responded to the criticism and defended Montoya’s display of nudity on Instagram. She claimed that flashing her breasts was “perfectly legal in Washington, D.C.”

Although technically correct, local D.C. law does not apply to the White House.

“I had no intention to be vulgar in any way. “I was just living my joy, my truth, and existing in my own body,” she said.
