The Taliban took over Kabul, the capital of Afghanistan after 20 years of conflict.

The White House claimed brazenly that the U.S. government in Afghanistan was responsible for keeping the Taliban away from the U.S. military hardware left behind. This equipment is worth billions of dollar.
