Arizona governor mysteriously steps down for one day

In the wake of the mysterious disappearance and subsequent absence of Governor. Katie Hobbs.

In a release posted on X (formerly Twitter), Arizona Treasurer Kimberly Yee announced that she would be acting as governor for a short time. She said that she was “pleased” to take up the role.

The Republican State Treasurer stated that she would not confirm the 13 agencies with vacancies during her short time as acting Governor and instead wait until the Democratic Governor filled them on her return.

Yee stated in an X message that, “While I’m pleased to take on this role, I won’t name directors for the 13 agencies with vacancies at the moment and I won’t call the Arizona Legislature to session to confirm these appointments.” “That said, I hope that when the Governor returns, she will quickly name qualified directors to these state agencies.”

In fact, they’re plotting ways to embarrass him and cause him to fail. Will you join our efforts to fight back and defeat them?. We can’t wait until January 21—that will be too late!

Yee said, “I am expecting to see a swift resolution in this matter so that we can finish the job for Arizona taxpayers.”

Yee did not comment on the absence of the governor in her press statement and she did not respond immediately to Fox News Digital’s request for clarification. Hobbs did not respond immediately to Fox News Digital’s request for comment.
