Texas AG Probes Reports of Noncitizens Registering to Vote

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton has announced that he will launch an investigation into allegations that non-citizens have been illegally registered to vote.

The Republican stated that “Texans are deeply concerned by the possibility of organizations claiming to help with voter registration illegally registering citizens to vote in our election” and that “his office is investigating every credible report that we receive about potential criminal activity that may compromise the integrity our elections.”

Paxton stated in his statement that it is illegal to vote or register to vote if one is not an American citizen.

According to Paxton’s Office, in Texas, lying when registering to register to vote, or helping another person to do so, is a crime punishable by up to 180-days imprisonment and fines of up $10,000.

5 years later & AOC is still beating her antisemitic, anti-Israel drum. Unfortunately, her influence is only growing, and the media is happy to give her a bullhorn anytime she wants one. If you’ve had enough of AOC, then help us start the efforts to remove her from Congress early so we succeed! It’s time to Protect American Values!
