Biden-Harris campaign says it has largest war chest of any Democratic candidate in history
Biden-Harris’ reelection campaign revealed on Monday that it had $117 million in cash on hand. According to aides, this is the biggest sum ever for a Democratic candidate at this stage of the race.

The Biden-Harris Campaign announced that it had raised $71 million in the third quarter 2023 and nearly $91 millions cash on hand. In the second quarter of 2016, the team raised $72 million, and had $77 million in cash.
Early Monday, the campaign emphasized grassroots fundraising efforts during the fourth quarter. It hailed this fundraising haul as an historic achievement.
In a statement, Julie Chavez Rodriguez said that the Team Biden-Harris Coalition is aware of the importance of the election and ready to win in November.
Chavez said, “Across our coalition we see early, sustained support which is helping us scale up our growing operation throughout the country and bring our message to communities that will decide this election.”
The announcement is made just hours before the Iowa caucuses begin and two weeks before the deadline for filing candidates. The majority of GOP presidential candidates still haven’t released their Q4 funding numbers.
Nikki Haley, Republican candidate, announced this month her fundraising totals for the fourth quarter. She raised $24 millions and ended the quarter with $14.5million on hand.
TJ Ducklo said that Biden-Harris’ senior communications adviser TJ Ducklo stated on Monday, “We fully expect to surpass them, even though most Republicans haven’t yet announced their numbers.” “Several times.”
