Timeline of Feds’ Relationship with Biden Family Business

The FBI had Hunter Biden’s laptop for several years before law enforcement became aware of the Biden business and the alleged wrongdoing. Despite warnings from whistleblowers, lawmakers and others, the government agencies seemed uninterested to pursue any suspicious evidence. Even years after the evidence accumulated, government agencies still seem uninspired.

Here is a timeline that shows the extent to which the government knew about the alleged wrongdoing of the Bidens according to whistleblowers. It also includes the 2020 Senate Report and Hunter Biden’s laptop.

1) Joe Biden was protected by the Secret Service from January 2009 to 2017 when he served as vice president.

2) Hunter Biden, a U.S. Secret Service protected person from January 2009 to 2014.

Burisma Holdings announced that Hunter Biden would be joining its board. The company stated, “Biden is responsible for the legal department of [Burisma] Holdings and will support the Company in international organizations.”

David Wade, former chief of staff of John Kerry, informed Kerry of press inquiries relating to Hunter Biden and Burisma. He also briefed Kerry on Chris Heinz as the stepson of John Kerry.

5) George Kent, a senior State Department official, raised concerns regarding the perception of conflict of interest in regards to Hunter Biden’s role as a member of Burisma’s board.

Amos Hochstein, a senior State Department official, raised concerns to then Vice President Biden and Hunter Biden in October 2015, that Hunter Biden’s position on the board of Burisma Holdings enabled Russian disinformation attempts and could undermine U.S. policies in Ukraine.

7) In November 2015, Burisma hired Blue Star Strategies – a Democrat Lobbying Firm, which was linked to Secretary Antony Blinken. This firm played a key role in the firing of Ukrainian prosecutor Viktor Shokin.

Bud Cummins (a former federal prosecutor) reported the first bribery accusations to Geoff Berman, then New York U.S. attorney, in an email, claiming that he had proof that Joe Biden “exercised his influence to protect” the Ukrainian employer of his son “in exchange for payment to Hunter Biden Devon Archer and Joe Biden.”

Hunter Biden, who is a drug addict, bought a gun on October 12, 2018.

Hallie Biden threw Hunter Biden’s gun into a garbage can behind an grocery store. When Hallie returned later, the gun was gone. The Secret Service says it does not have any records of the agents who investigated this incident.

11) August 2019. Documents made public by Freedom of Information Act requests and investigative reporting have brought the Biden Family Business in the Obama Administration to public attention.

12) On November 15, 2019, Sen. Chuck Grassley, (R-IA), and Sen. Ron Johnson, (RW) sent a letter to FinCEN, the Department of Treasury’s Financial Crimes Enforcement Network, to request Suspicious Activity Reports on various individuals and entities including Hunter Biden and Burisma.

13) December 2019, FBI takes possession of Hunter Biden’s laptop.

14) John Kerry, former Secretary of State at the State Department, tells a journalist that he was unaware of Hunter Biden’s presence on Burisma’s board.

15) FBI has FBI Informant Form that says the “big guy’ was involved in $5 million influence peddling scam.

16) On July 13, 2020, Sen. Chuck Schumer and Sen. Mark Warner sent a letter expressing their belief that Congress was the target of a disinformation campaign by foreigners.

The form was delivered to the U.S. by William Barr, former Attorney General. David Weiss, the prosecutor.

18) September 2022: Intelligence officials warn major tech platforms of “Russian disinformation.”

19) October 14, 2021: The New York Post published a report on the “laptop of hell”, and a few weeks later, Politico released the letter declaring that the laptop was reporting Russian disinformation. The letter cited 51 intelligence officials.

20) October 2020 : The FBI made an “institutional decision” to not answer questions directly from social media companies regarding the laptop’s authenticity, despite sharing information for months.

21) On October 23, 2020, Tony Bobulinski, a former Hunter Biden business associate, told two FBI agents Joe Biden would earn 10 percent of the CEFC China Energy Co. joint-venture between Hunter Biden and Jim Biden.

22) February 20, 2023: Former Obama White House stenographer Mike McCormick sent a tip to FBI stating that “Joe Biden had committed crimes in Ukraine as part of a conspiracy with Jake Sullivan, [current national Security adviser].

23) On July 20, 2023, Sen. Chuck Grassley released an FBI informant’s form alleging Mykola Zlochevsky bribed Joe Biden and Hunter Biden after Joe Biden had threatened to withhold Ukraine aid until the then-President Petro Poroshenko fired a prosecution investigating Burisma.
