Biden Campaign Claims It ‘Significantly’ Outraised Republican Candidates

His team announced that the reelection campaign of President Joe Biden raised more than $71 million during the third quarter.

In a statement sent to The Hill on Sunday, the campaign reported that it had nearly $91,000,000 in liquid cash. It claimed that this was “the largest total ever amassed by a Democratic candidate at this stage in the cycle.”

The Biden campaign claims that these figures include not only the direct donations from the campaign but also the total raised by joint fundraising committees, as well as the Democratic National Committee.

In Q2, more than $72 millions were raised for the president’s reelection. The Hill reported that at the time the campaign claimed to have $77 million cash on hand.

Biden’s campaign also claims that it has brought in over 240,000 new donors who didn’t contribute to his previous campaign. Since April, we have added over 112,000 monthly donors.

Julie Chavez Rodriguez, campaign manager, said: “We’re especially proud of our efforts in exponentially growing our grassroots donor base. We now have over one hundred thousand Americans who are signed up to give on a regular basis until Election Day.” These numbers reflect one of the core objectives we set early on in our campaign: to raise resources to run a campaign aggressive enough to win in November 2024.

Biden’s campaign also boasted that they had raised “significantly more” than all the Republican presidential campaigns for 2024, and that their cash on hand was projected to surpass all the GOP campaigns.

The Republican Party is led by the former President Donald Trump, who raised more than 45 million dollars in Q3 as compared to Florida Governor. Ron DeSantis raised $15 million, and the former South Carolina Governor Nikki Haley brought in $11 million. Nikki Haley has $11 million.
