FBI director will let top Republican LOOK at Biden ‘criminal scheme’ document: Chris Wray offers compromise on ‘$5million bribery’ memo to avoid contempt charges

The FBI has agreed to let the Oversight Committee leaders view the FD-1023 document, which they claim proves that President Biden is involved in a criminal bribery plot with a foreigner worth $5 million.

Republicans issued a subpoena last month for the FD-1023 unclassified form, which allegedly details an ‘arrangement for money to be exchanged for policy decisions’.

On Wednesday, Oversight Chairman James Comer, and Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) spoke by phone with FBI Director Christopher Wray. Wray offered that Comer, and ranking member Jamie Raskin, could view the documents in the FBI headquarters to avoid Comer’s threats to hold Wray for contempt.

Comer, however, was not satisfied and said that he would proceed to hold Wray in contempt for failing to hand over the document before the entire committee.

Comer stated in a press release that anything less than delivering these documents to House Oversight Committee would not be in compliance with subpoena.

On Tuesday, Speaker Kevin McCarthy confirmed Comer’s threat of contempt and told Fox and Friends that he was “prepared” to pursue the charge.

They act as if we don’t have jurisdiction. I called Director Wray personally and told him that he needed to send this document. McCarthy said that today is the deadline.

The Republicans claimed that a whistleblower had made shocking claims about a file which ‘includes an exact description of the way the alleged criminal plot (involving Biden), as well as the purpose, was used’.

This was an explosive update to the Republicans’ aggressive “influence-peddling” probe into Biden’s family.

Hunter and Hallie Biden, as well as other members of the Biden clan, have been accused by the House Oversight Committee of being involved in shady business deals that profited from the family name.

The subpoena instructs the FBI Director to produce ‘all FD-1023 Forms, including any open, closed or restricted access cases files created or moderated by June 2020 that contain the term Biden’, as well as all accompanying documents and attachments to those FD-1023 Forms.

In addition to the IRS documents, Republicans from the House Oversight Committee reviewed Suspicious Activities Reports (SARs), which they say proves that at least 12 members of the Biden clan have benefited from the corruption and influence-peddling.

Comer stated last month that the entire Biden family is involved in the financial scheme.

Comer’s Committee reviewed the SARs and confirmed that Jim Biden, President Biden’s younger brother, and Hallie Biden (the widow of Beau Biden) were both beneficiaries from foreign business deals.

A second IRS whistleblower recently claimed that a senior Biden Administration official interfered in the DOJ’s special counsel investigation into Hunter Biden, led by U.S. attorney David Weiss from Delaware.

DailyMail.com confirmed earlier that the senior officials’ in question was Garland.

Garland has testified before Congress about the impartiality of the investigation and has vouched to the independence of Weiss.

Garland recently told the Senate Judiciary Committee that he had been informed that he would not be denied anything. I haven’t heard anything that suggests that the office is not able do all that the U.S. Attorney wants to do.

Weiss, the FBI’s special agent in charge of the investigation into the alleged gun and tax crimes committed by the son of the president over a four-year period, is close to concluding the case.

Last week, the U.S. Attorney met with officials from DOJ headquarters in Washington, D.C., another sign that the investigation may be nearing its conclusion.
