House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer, along with a number of other prominent Republicans, slammed the Department of Justice Tuesday after learning that Hunter Biden is likely to avoid jail despite charges of illegally possessing an firearm and not paying taxes for two years in a row.

Let’s be clear, the Department of Justice charges against President Biden’s son Hunter show a two-tiered justice system. Hunter Biden gets away with a “slap on wrist” when evidence revealed by the House Oversight Committee shows that the Bidens were involved in a pattern corruption, influence-peddling, and possible bribery.

The Oversight Committee investigation is not affected by the charges and plea bargain of Hunter Biden. We won’t rest until President Biden’s full involvement in the family schemes is revealed.
